Chapter 1857: Special Flames

“Why didn’t you speak up earlier?” A young man asked with hostility, from his expression, it was clear to see that he was filled with unbridled rage.

The young man from the Twilight Faction looked at him with an indifferent gaze, not even bothering to answer his question.

“My brother is dead because of you and you are not saying anything?!” The young man was irate, if not for the fact that he knew he could not defeat the young man from the Twilight Faction, nor would he have dared to if he could, he would have attacked by now.

He was not the only one with an angry expression, there were a few people behind him who wore the same clothing as himself. They were obviously from the same Force.

“Your brother died because he was foolish.” The young man from the Twilight Faction finally responded, but his reply only served to further anger the group.

Compared to this group who were staring at those from the Twilight Faction with hate, the members of the other Factions all felt happy they were not the ones who suffered the loss. At the time the young man who died rushed into the building, a few of them were annoyed they did not act faster than him. Only after watching his gruesome death did they all feel grateful they weren’t the first to act. In this situation, other than. The Twilight Faction who seems to have an idea what this way, the others were clueless.

“You knew about the dangers but kept silent about it, watching a fellow Elementalist die.” An Old man from the group who suffered the loss said while staring at the group from the Twilight Faction, he continued mockingly, “Young Master Idris truly is a leader of his generation.”

The Old man’s words made the others look at the young man referred to as Young Master Idris, all waiting for his reaction to the Old man’s words. Just as expected, being called the leader of his generation after purposely letting someone from his generation die did not sit well with Young Master Idris. His expression turned sour, and just as he was about to speak, he felt a palm on his shoulder. Looking beside him, he saw a Middle-aged man shaking his head.

“I’ll admit it does seem malicious to watch a fellow Elementalist die, but who among you would have believed him if he made that statement before seeing the danger?” The Middle-aged man asked with a raised brow.

The other Forces exchanged glances, none giving an answer, they all knew the answer though. If Young Master Idris had told them this place was dangerous beforehand and only those from the Twilight Faction could deal with you, they would all think he was trying to scare them away. Only when they saw the danger did they realize that this was not a place the youngsters should be allowed to explore. Even the Ninth stage Sovereigns could not figure out why the young man died just as he stepped into the building.

Seeing the reaction of the others, Young Master Idris snorted coldly, clearly showing his displeasure with the Old man who tried to put him in a spot.

“Alright, we can admit we have no idea what this thing is. Since Young Master Idris is quite familiar with it, it should not be a problem for him to use the opportunity to educate the rest of us.” The Old man did not give up, looking at Young Master Idris with calm eyes. He knew there was no way for them to gain anything if they tried to pursue the death of the young man. Since that was the case, then he would try to not only annoy those from the Twilight Faction, but he also wanted to see if they too could benefit, after all, they already lost someone to it. If they went back empty handed, he would feel a little down.

Young Master Idris almost choked on his saliva when he heard this. There was no way he would tell these people about the treasure, he was about to refuse when he noticed that a group that had not said a word since acted.

This group included a young lady who appeared to be around Young Master Idris’ age, and she was also a Sovereign, only, she was two stages lower than himself.

Stepping out of the group, the young lady elegantly bowed as a form of greeting to the other Forces before turning to the Twilight Faction, specifically Young Master Idris as she spoke eloquently, “Young Master Idris surely isn’t thinking of keeping this information to himself.”

“Sharing this information with everyone will show not just us, but the world that Young Master Idris truly can be treated as the leader of our generation.”

The eyes of the middle-aged man from the Twilight Faction twitched repeatedly the second he saw the young lady step out, and after hearing her words, he felt like cutting off her tongue.

“Helena, this is not your place to speak.” Young Master Idris said coldly.

“Forgive me if I spoke out of line.” The young lady referred to as Helena bowed hurriedly, seemingly showing a little regret, but it was clear to anyone that she did not have any form of regret for her words.

“I’m not doing this because you want me to do it nor do I need to prove to anyone that I am a leader of a generation, everyone has their opinions.” Young Master Idris said after Helena’s apology, looking at the others he explained, “What is coming to birth in this pla…”

The other Forces, Grey included, who was hiding listened intently, although he knew this was not something he had to bother about acquiring, he still had no knowledge of it: there was no harm in learning.

Five years ago, someone from the Twilight Faction found this place and noticed the corpse of a strange Magical Beast. At the mention of the Magical Beast, the breathing of those from the other Forces increased. Grey had no idea what this Magical Beast was since it was native to this place. However, according to what Young Master Idris said, this Magical Beast is a top fire attribute Magical Beast, and if anyone can refine its core, then their growth, especially Fire Elementalists will be almost doubled.

Now that Grey knew the effects of the treasure being born, he could not help but show a little interest. This thing might have no use to him, but to those in the Sage Plane and lower, this is no different from a blessing from the heavens. Anyone below the Venerable Plane who manages to refine this thing will see a giant leap in their cultivation speed, so its value is clear as day.

The eyes of everyone present glowed with a fierce light, especially those Sovereigns who had children and grandchildren. As long as they could give this to their children or grandchildren, then their cultivation journey will be fastened. The fact that there were no side effects made this the ultimate treasure for those wanting to grow the strength of their children or grandchildren.

Those from the Faction who lost a person, although they were still sad, the thought of potentially being able to grow someone in their Force that could turn out to become a top Fire Elementalist in the near future was very tempting.

After telling them about the treasure, Idris kept shut.

Helena was the one who spoke up again, once again bowing in Idris’ direction before saying with a harmless smile, “But Young Master Idris still hasn’t told us how to obtain this special treasure.”

Idris glared at Helena, obviously not intending to tell them how to take it. Unfortunately, they were already here and Helena’s statement brought everyone back to their senses and they wanted the important information, how to acquire this rare treasure.

Seeing everyone’s gaze on him, Idris sighed and spoke up. Although he was telling them, it was not like they could take it away from those from the Twilight Faction. He was confident in the abilities of those who came with them.

The method to acquiring this treasure was quite simple for those in the Sovereign Plane, but since no one in the Sovereign Plane from the Forces present here could make a move, then it was up to those in the Venerable Plane. The Twilight Faction had more Venerables, but the Force Helena was from has two Peak Venerables on their side, which made them also very confident they could acquire the treasure. The other Forces had Benerables, but they are not as many or powerful as those from either the Twilight Faction nor the Faction Helena came from.

Grey, who was watching from the side could not help but snicker at these people, they were lucky he did not want to take this treasure, else they would not be able to find it by the time they were done talking.
