In the headquarters of the Han Industries.
All the board of directors had arrived today since they were informed that there would be a change in the management.
Right now sat in their respective seats around the large table in the meeting hall on the highest floor of the building which consisted of the whole floor in unison.
The floor itself had an area of about 200 square meters and could easily hold a meeting with nearly 100 people at ease.
And right now, there were roughly 80 people who consisted a major share in the Board of the Han Industries.
Right now, there was only one reaction on all of their faces.
Which was surprise and astonishment and some even had hope in their eyes as they glanced at the person who sat at the highest designated position go the meeting hall.
It was none other than the iron clad lady who had been taking care of the whole of Han Industries for more than 20 years.
It could not be denied that under her rule, the company had grown by more than three times its previous value.
And that was also why many of the major shareholders looked upon her with awe and respect.
But surprisingly, the leader of the Industries suddenly turned ill and had been bedridden for more than 3 years which had led many of them to think that the company would be drowning now that she had very less chances of coming back to how she was.
And that was also why many upvoted for her heir to be made the new CEO of the cooperation.
But the results were not close to what they had imagined.
Although they had thought that the company would be able to stabilize its condition in the market after the CEO was appointed, she was still a little girl who was not much adept in business even if she had great knowledge and had studied at a higher institution overseas.
It could be said that doing business, in theory, is not even a percent similar to that of doing it in the way the students of these great institutions were studying.
And that was true in this case, although the losses were not so much that the Han Industries would completely lose its power in the sector and market.
It was enough for some of the people on the Board to raise questions and make remarks about the worthiness of the newly appointed CEO of the company.
And right now under the support of the founder's second son, who was also a major shareholder of the company, those people had got backing and were deliberately trying to mess up the situation within the company trying to make the employees have less faith in the leadership of the company resulting in less work and more disturbances.
And right now, under the pressure of the founder's son, many of the shareholders had sided with him after given the promise of getting more shares and support from the company.
But there were obviously some who were forced to support the change of the leadership with threats and some were even forced with their lives.
So no matter what, they had to support the change of leadership no matter what they had in their hearts.
Of course, they clearly knew that the moment the leadership was handed down into the hands of the founder's second son it would be given to his son who was a very sly person and was considered an obnoxiously spendthrift and base fellow.
It could be said that if the industry were to be given into his hands then it won't even last for more than a year and even the name of such big cooperation like the Han Industries would not even be remembered by the people in just a few coming years.
But they could only sigh in their hearts and move out of the company within a few days as soon as the leader was changed into that young man.
They had been waiting in the meeting hall with a pensive expression written all over their faces, waiting for making the worst Vote of their life, when they saw the door of the meeting hall was opened.
The moment the door was opened their eyes widened in disbelief, they didn't know whether they should even believe their eyes or not.
And how could even they, even if they knew that what they were seeing through their eyes was indeed true it was too good to be true for them.
They saw the previous CEO of the company walking in with the demeanour of an empress with a ruthless aura surrounding her.
And behind her was a figure which looked almost similar to that of her.
Just like a younger version of her.
Noticing her walk into the meeting hall with such confidence and manner, there were obviously some people who were frowning.
And that was because what they had planned would never be happening without the presence of this woman, who not only knew how to handle enemies but also friends.
And just as they had thought, the eyes of some of the shareholders brightened upon noting her.
These were the same who didn't want the leadership to be changed and were opposing the change albeit not openly.
Of course, they had been contacted by Han Xiaowen under her mother's guidance and had been asked just one question.
"Do you still have faith in my mother?"
And of course, no one doubted the woman who had pulled the whole of Han Industries to such tremendous power in just a matter of decades.
Indeed they supported Han Xiaowen but didn't understand what she meant, but now seeing the previous leader of the company walking in the hall, they had a surge of confidence and then looked at Han Xiaowen in light.
'I don't know how she brought her back, but this is indeed a blessing for not only us but all of the company.'
This was the only thought running in their mind as they stared at Li Zhiyun who sat at the head's position while folding her leg's in a manner which made others feel awe and respect.
