3350 Good Girl Calypsea?
Davis was speechless over Saintess Lunaria's control of space, but he saw that Lea and Calypsea's bonding session was coming to an end as their serene aura fluctuated lightly.
Lea opened her eyes, but it was Calypsea who jolted like she had sensed something tasty and shot towards it.
"Master!"
She shot straight towards him and slowed down, looking at him with her excited crimson-gold eyes.
Davis also raised his brows as he was pleasantly surprised that he wasn't going to be rammed into nihility. Also, there was little heat surrounding Calypsea, which could mean she already brought her apocalyptic flames under control.
"Little Calypsea... I missed you so much. Come here."
Davis raised his hands, welcoming her, which caused Calypsea to tremble before she pounced into his embrace. Everlight jumped out of his shoulder, allowing full space to Calypsea.
"Master, I missed you too~"
Calypsea bit her bottom lips, appearing to be emotional as her eyes teared up, although the moistness evaporated before they could even fall out of her eyes.
On the other hand, Davis was shocked as he felt like she could speak properly.
He moved his face and back and looked at her cute purple-skinned face adorned with a black flame symbol on her forehead and a golden crown on top of her head.
"You... are able to speak well? Good."
Davis's smile turned profound as he turned to look at Lea for confirmation. She displayed an elegant smile and nodded, confirming his joy.
"Yes, Master. I know you created me, and I am thankful for it. Please don't abandon me... I'll be a good girl..."
Calypsea pleaded with a small pout, causing Davis to be moved that she was able to talk this clearly. Moreover, the fact that she pleaded not to abandon him also meant she was mature enough to understand what kind of existence she was in this world.
"Of course. I was the one who created you. I'll never abandon you, my little Calypsea."
Lea shrugged, telling him that he could do nothing about it, but Calypsea eventually turned to look at him.
"If... if you promise to not forsake me... I'll be with Lea. I also want to be with Lea, but... she must step into the Immortal Emperor Stage first. Otherwise, I'm not forming a pact with her."
Calypsea harrumphed cutely as she looked away again, causing Davis to turn speechless.
Were all little girls like this? They were so demanding, reminding him of Eterna and Celestia. And just like Lea said, Calypsea was particularly arrogant, but at her age, that arrogance only made her cuter.
"Fine, fine. I promise."
Davis held Calypsea's tiny hands, "You are one of my precious spirits, and Lea is one of my precious wives. I won't let you go both, so if you form a spirit pact with each other, the chances I would let you two go would greatly decrease."
He raised his voice with excitement, causing Calypsea to also share the same excitement, looking like she finally understood the benefits of forming a spirit pact with Lea, not understanding she was hoodwinked.
"Then it's a promise!~"
She pounced and tightly hugged him again, flailing her legs in the air as she hummed sweetly.
"Good girl."
Davis caressed Calypsea and ran his fingers through her shimmering purple hair.
Eventually, Calypsea finally noticed the tiny Everlight and blinked adorably, looking curious. However, she didn't dare near Everlight and had a sad expression on her face as she looked away.
Davis didn't understand, but Lea did, causing her to pick up Everlight as she placed her in Calypsea's embrace.
Everlight didn't move as she felt like a pet, but more than that, the threat of death was heavy. However, Calypsea gently held her and looked at Lea for permission, wondering if she could really be close to another entity without harming that entity.
Lea smiled and lightly nodded, causing Calypsea to turn excited before she slowly placed her hand on Everlight's back and caressed her like others would. The last time she tried to caress a magical beast when it tried to play with her, she accidentally set that magical beast on flames, but now, she was fully able to control her energy and gently rubbed Everlight.
Everlight also eventually relaxed amidst the gentle caresses and closed her eyes to sleep. She was actually tired after working so hard to cultivate and comprehend Light and Life Laws.
"Calypsea, after you manage to form a pact with Lea, you can finally come back to us."
"Really?"
Calypsea shouted as her aura fluctuated, but Davis saw that apocalyptic flames didn't surge out from her pores, causing him to nod confidently.
He deemed that the current Calypsea was no longer an environmental hazard.
