She looked to her left side, finding her sister Nadia still unconscious, their bodies looked fine, just covered by mushrooms she poked out of her body.

“W-What the hell?”

She looked around, realizing that there were titanic-sized mushrooms all around them, forming a massive cushion.

They were flattened a lot, some of them torn apart but…

There it was, clearly, what happened.

She didn’t need any explanation.

“These mushrooms took the whole blow of Ignisefer’s tail? But that’s… how is that possible?”

Mina sighed, slowly feeling the power of Surtr becoming more distant.

“S-Surtr! Right… he must think we died or something!”

She stood up and quickly looked at her sister.

“Hey, Nadia! Wake up already! There’s no time to sleep!”

“A-Ah!”

Nadia quickly stood up, looking around while panicking.

The two of them had returned to their normal Fire Giant forms, having become much smaller than before.

“S-Sister? We’re alive?”

“Yeah we are alive! The mushrooms… saved us.”

“T-The mushrooms?!”

As the girls looked around, taking out the mushrooms that had grown over their bodies, presumably to heal them, they checked the babies inside of them.

“A-Alive… they’re fine…”

“Oh thank the gods…”

The girls sighed in relief, they really almost died there.

But now, what was going on?

As they walked out of the cushion of mushrooms, they noticed a small figure standing above the titanic mushrooms.

“Oh! You girls are awake! It has been a hot minute since you fell asleep! Are you two alright?”

“Hm?”

“Wait, Jamar?!”

The twins were left speechless, as they saw Jamar, his small body… wasn’t quite small.

What the “small body” they had seen was nothing but a part of him, as he was merged with all these titanic mushrooms growing everywhere.

“Yeah it’s me! When Logi with the power of Ignis touched me, something really crazy happened! Remember how Ignis could boost divine abilities?! Well with Logi… it kind of became even crazier! Hahaha! I’m now a giant mushroom colony! It’s temporary but… Using my giant endlessly growing body I saved you! Hehehe! No need to thank me! But I would appreciate it.”

“T-That’s amazing Jamar!” Mina said. “Thank you…”

“Holy shit, you became cool out of the sudden?!” Nadia was shocked. “That’s… well, yeah, thanks a lot. You literally saved our lives.”

“I was always cool, you meanie!” Jamar sighed, as he began moving. “Surtr is in trouble, he has become a weird monster out of nowhere! I think he was so sad because he thought you died, he was consumed by insanity or something… Leona, Ignis, Logi, and Aegir went to help him out while he fights the giant lizard… It’s a whole big mess out there!”

“He thought we died?” Mina wondered. “Oh, Surtr…”

“Dammit! Well, we might have died if it wasn’t for Jamar…” Nadia sighed. “We’re so powerless now! What can we even do?”

“There’s still hope! Maybe Surtr can return if you two show up?” Jamar asked. “He’s insane! We need to get him back to normal!”

“That’s… I guess that’s the only thing we could do,” Nadia nodded.

“Is it even possible?” Mina wondered.

“It’s not that if its possible or not, we HAVE to do it!” Jamar said. “Come on, I’ll bring you to Lord Logi! If he can touch you with his powers, maybe you’ll awaken something like I did!”

Jamar’s titanic body moved through the entire landscape, he was almost as massive as Ignisefer, composed of thousands of skyscraper-sized mushrooms moving rapidly towards his destiny.

This level of power far surpassed Rank 10 already… It was pretty clear that the “Boosting Aura” that Ignis had evolved to a completely insane level with Logi possessing his body.

It might even elevate a Divine Ability to a Venerable Level temporarily!

“Surtr…!”

“He’s over there…?!”

The two girls gasped in disbelief, seeing Surtr’s aberrant, monstrous and shapeless form, wrapped around Ignisefer, constantly roaring in agony and madness.

“Ignisefer is still way too strong! He’s constantly tearing Surtr apart, but Surtr is somehow regenerating super-fast, but each time he does he only becomes more monstrous…” Jamar said. “I honestly had no idea he had this power!”

“T-This isn’t exactly his power…” Mina muttered. “This is… Surtr’s own mind, he had fallen into so much despair his powers responded to his mental state, becoming a shapeless being, he’s bringing these powers to their limits, and hurting the souls that made his ascendancy law!”

“We have to stop him too, but that giant lizard won’t make it easy either!” Nadia said. “Dammit!”

“Ah! Over there! Lord Logi!” Jamar said happily, moving even faster as the entire land around him trembled.

RUMBLE!

In the distance, there was a giant, blazing, golden lion the size of over five hundred meters, surrounded by hundreds of tiny golden lions.

This was… Leona, but the twins couldn’t even recognize her anymore, her powers had evolved to a ridiculous level out of nowhere.

By her side was a graceful giant man made of flames, looking at Surtr while talking with Aegir, a little girl made of water constantly swirling.

“Lord Logi!” Jamar called, his voice echoing everywhere.

“Hm? Ah, you’re back, Jamar. We were just getting ready to do something.” Logi said, greeting him from afar.

“But making a plan to take care of Ignisefer and also help out Surtr seems really hard, honestly!” Aegir sighed, crossing her arms.

“I’ve brought Mina and Nadia! They said they wanted to help! If we can show them to Surtr, he might regain consciousness, right?” Jamar asked with his loud, big voice, as Nadia and Mina climbed out of his giant mushroom colony body, standing over his tallest caps.

“Lord Logi, please let us save Surtr!” Nadia said.

“W-We heard you can grant immense power temporarily…! If you could…” Mina muttered.

“Hmm, certainly, the gift of Ignis, my vessel has merged with my divinity, reaching a level of power not even I had,” Logi said. “However, it does seem limited to Fire Giants and other Fire-Attribute races, perhaps Fire Dragons too. But there’s a catch, although you’ll get immense power for a few hours… once it’s gone, I don’t think you’ll be able to use your powers for weeks or maybe months.”
