Chapter 1882: Chapter 1064: Return to Kael Castle and New Allegiance

Feeling delighted in his heart, Leo Ray shared this news with Ariel Watson beside him.

“Lord, are you saying that President Bernie’s subordinates discovered an injured individual near Kael Castle claiming to be the heir of the Prairie Lands?”

Ariel Watson’s starry eyes also sparkled as she cheered, “This aligns perfectly with our speculations just now!”

“Indeed, that injured person likely isn’t lying and might really be the heir of the Deep Green Land.”

Leo Ray nodded slightly and smiled affirmatively, “There’s no time to lose, we should go and see for ourselves. This might be the key to repelling the invading enemies from the Rainforest Fortress.”

After speaking, Leo Ray stood up from his seat and, taking Ariel Watson’s hand, walked toward the gate.

Following this, Leo Ray gathered Mr. Lane, the White Knight, Asher Porter, three court ministers, the informant Bernie, and the healer Gideon Black, and then, with Jasper Richardson’s teleportation, arrived at the Verdant Adventurers’ Guild branch in Kael Castle.

The mysterious injured man from the Prairie was secretly placed here.

“Greetings, President!”

Under the moonlight, at the main entrance of the branch, a middle-aged man with the Verdant Adventurers’ Guild emblem respectfully saluted Bernie.

Then he glanced at the imposing group with Leo Ray and inquired, “And who are these?”

To be safe, the group had all disguised themselves with Illusion Techniques, making it impossible to discern their true identities from their appearance.

“Vice President Tim, these are honored guests of the guild. Please lead us directly to the injured party,” Leo Ray instructed.

Bernie nodded slightly in compliance.

With a respectful demeanor, Bernie opened the door and saluted Leo Ray, “My lord, please walk this way.”

Seeing the aloof president lower himself in such a manner, Tim, though surprised inwardly, didn’t dare to ask further questions and promptly led the way, bowing.

Under his guidance, Leo Ray and his group proceeded and soon reached a secret room in the basement.

“President, honored guests, it is right here.”

Tim saluted and then opened the door to the secret room.

As the door opened, Leo Ray noticed.

Inside, candlelight flickered, showing a youth lying on a simple bed, wrapped in bandages.

The young man had his eyes closed, his pale and weak face full of determination, appearing to be under thirty.

“Honored guests, this injured party claims to be the chief of the largest tribe in the Deep Green Land, or perhaps the heir, he must be delusional.”

While respectfully leading Leo Ray’s group into the room, Tim began to introduce.

Until now, he hadn’t figured out why a rambling injured person could attract so much attention from prominent figures.

“Vice President Tim, you’ve done well, now leave everything to our honored guests.”

Clearly understanding the gravity of the situation, Bernie interrupted Tim before he could finish, pulling him out of the room and gently closing the door.

The old president understood clearly that the Royal Highness Prince and Her Majesty the Queen were about to engage in a critical conversation that could determine the fate of the entire Coldflame Kingdom.

Having not long ago sworn allegiance to the Royal Family and with no significant achievements yet, distancing himself was evidently the best choice.

Seeing Bernie exit with Tim, Leo Ray nodded in satisfaction, then nodded slightly at Jasper Richardson, signaling him to isolate the entire room from the outside world.

“May I ask who you are…?”

Hearing the footsteps of Leo Ray and the others, the young man awoke with a look of vigilance.

No words from Leo Ray, yet he signaled everyone to remove their illusion disguises.

“Are you the renowned Mr. Lane from the Otherworld?”

The young man instantly recognized Leo Ray and looked towards Ariel Watson, “And is this Her Highness the Fifth Princess?”

“Visitor from the Deep Green Land, please allow me to introduce ourselves anew.”

At Leo Ray’s prompting, Asher Porter stepped forward, gentlemanly, “Standing before you are His Royal Highness the Holy Lion and Her Majesty the Queen of the Coldflame Kingdom.”

Having said that, Asher introduced others present like Mr. Lane and the White Knight.

“Royal Highness Prince? Her Majesty the Queen? The two long-renowned National Level powerhouses of the Coldflame Kingdom?”

The injured young man startled, blurting out, “So, does that mean Mr. Lane, no, His Royal Highness, has already assisted Her Majesty in ascending the throne?”

“Precisely, Her Majesty the Queen had a grand Coronation Ceremony three days ago, and now the Coldflame Kingdom is united.”

Asher nodded, his face full of pride.

“So that’s how it is.”

Hearing this, the young man was so moved that he attempted to sit up to show respect, but he winced and lay back down.

“Your Excellency is injured, there’s no need for formalities.”

Leo Ray stepped forward, smiling, “Since you already know our identities, may Your Excellency introduce yourself?”

“Apologies, I got a bit excited.”

The young man took a deep breath, regaining composure, and solemnly said, “I am Eckhart Falcon, Clan Leader of the Falcon Tribe in the Deep Green Land, and also the heir there!”
