The group of Golden Titans were surrounded by a seething light of complexity, golden Runes of Existence that read [FORMATION] blooming around them as a hazy and more massive idol of a golden titan slowly formed!

|So, will we find out about our people before or after your death? Oh, and that is without mentioning whether you want those Omniverses around you to be targeted by us or not. In each one, how many quintillions upon quintillions of lives lie within? All that complexity…it would be a shame if it disappeared with a single impact.|

A single, massive hazy golden titan formed from the group of Golden Titans, a flaming crown floating above its head as golden wings stretched out behind it!

Due to those who made it up, it swirled with the complexity of multiple Severed Ordinances of Existence that could be unleashed simultaneously.

Its expression was an angry one, as the Golden Titans were an extremely loyal and close-knit race.

Their people looked out for each other above all else as most of the time, when they cultivated their complexity, they did so together!

Within their habitats of golden seas, eons could pass as they spent time in groups cultivating.

Searching for their descendants…was a given as they were now at a critical step, and could not fail!

The Prisoner looked at them with a deteriorating expression as his body began to wake from a deep slumber, his complexity exploding out!

It was just another region of the Megalos Ynnere delving into weavings of utter entropy.

Chaos!

When chaos truly unfolded, it seemed to be everywhere.

It was a unique thing how every single chain of chaos could be traced back to a single point, with causality constantly twisted and distorted!

One thing led to another.

Randomness. Uncertainty. Causality.

They seemed to flow and conflict with each other as if one got them under control and understood them to a shocking degree of complexity…

"They would still be confused at the end of the day…"

Ozymandias shook his head and breathed out a stellar breath of complexity as he looked at the multicolored sea within the Secondary Infiniverse Megalos.

The design of the Quintessential League of Existence was being utilized at this moment to wage a war against enemies far more powerful than him, but this was not the primary intention of this terrifying league.

One must remember, many parts of Noah's weavings came together to decide that it should be Cheats who took center stage next to design something that would aid and eventually take his other half out of Hell Terra Firma!

This was the main purpose.

So the Quintessential League of Existence was made to place his weavings in a different League entirely, for him to even overcome the restrictions of Hell Terra Firma!

For a closer look at just which guideline would be critical for this purpose, one must turn to the Banner of Invictus.

Under the Quintessential League of Existence, there was the Relegation Zone of Existence and the Banner of Invictus as the current regulations, with others surely to follow.

The Banner of Invictus seemed simple at first glance.

[Banner of Invictus]:: Any Existence entangled and with a causal relationship with the holder of Cheats will have no barriers or obstacles between the two sides, regardless of distance or even different weavings of existence. If under the influence of the Quintessential League of Existence, one can never leave the Relegation Zone deployed unless the Causality between two sides is settled by any means necessary. One of its most critical aspects was its first sentence!

Anybody entangled or with a causal relationship with the holder of Cheats…will have no barriers or obstacles between the two sides.

No barriers.

No obstacles!

Regardless of distance or even different weavings of existence!

This was the elevated stage of the League Noah's weavings placed themselves on as of course, there was theory, and then there was application.

Just like how truly powerful Pioneers of Existence could display tremendous levels of power even while under the Relegation Zone of Existence.

Based on Noah's own complexity- on the Complexity of Cheats, the level and depth at which the Banner of Invictus was applied towards truly complex things varied!

Hell Terra Firma was as complex as something could be if it entirely rejected all authority.

But from the other side of Hell Terra Firma, there were still possibilities of influence!

After all, the uniqueness of the Infiniverse Megalos Seed paved a path of survival. After all, a Pioneer like Heracles could pull upon his recorded weavings of when they nearly fell into Hell Terra Firma, and he used this to briefly open up its gateway to ensnare his enemies!

Frankly, it was a terrific attack when one thought about it.

Have an enemy? Just send them to Hell Terra Firma and they would die within a hundred years.

But of course, Noah had sensed something coming and moved away.

Others with varying levels of complexity would have also done the same.

It was only with the influence of a Source Complexity entity that Noah and the Infiniverse Megalos Seed were pulled back and held in place long enough for this attack to succeed!

So from other weavings of existence, there was a semblance of an effect.

With enough complexity, things could easily be ensnared into Hell Terra Firma.

And at this moment, the newly elevated Quintessential League of Existence showed its grandeur as above the multicolored sea, a domesticated Golden Eagle silently dove into the sea and disappeared!
