Infinite Range: The Sniper Mage
Chapter 586 - 586: 586: The Invincible Wise Angel!“You seek death. The flicker of your fire is nothing—be extinguished!”
Misius snarled. His armor ignited into divine flame, sending waves of magic roaring through the space like a tsunami.
Holy Aegis Aura!
“Warning: SS-tier Angel Combat Skill ‘Holy Aegis Aura’ will instantly annihilate targets with HP below 100 million!”
“Warning: Under this skill, Wise Angel’s critical strike and kill rate are significantly increased!”
Divine Law: Spatial Ripple!
King’s Authority: Death’s Disdain — nullified!
“Warning: Spatial Law now affects a 10-kilometer radius around Wise Angel Misius!”
“Warning: Your movement speed has been severely reduced.”
“Warning: Your mounts have lost their flying ability.”
The Lord’s Mansion shook violently as debris rained down around Orson, instantly turning to ash upon hitting the ground. Under this absolute divine might, the entire zone became a dead domain.
Bradley, Madman, and the others, rushing in to assist, crashed to the ground with their dragons, flattening entire buildings as they barely managed to stop. Velorith and Quarla reverted to dragon form, both struggling to move under the crushing weight of God-tier laws.
“Movement speed reduced by 99%? And it ignores tenacity buffs?!” Madman cursed.
“This is complete bullshit!” Bradley growled. “This isn’t movement reduction—it’s basically immobilization! And there’s no time limit? We’re nothing more than sitting ducks!”
Even though Orson had told them not to intervene, the Godslayer crew weren’t known for obedience. They were the kind who didn’t cry until they saw the coffin.
“Come at me, you damn bird bastard!”
“I’m gonna rip out every single one of your bird feathers and knit myself a damn pair of boxers with them!”
They roared at Misius as they charged, their speed a crawl, but their spirits unbroken. As long as they had even 1% mobility, they would press forward!
“Charge! Slay the god!” Usher barked coldly, one of the few players unfazed by the Wise Angel. But even as he commanded, his two Dragon Kings remained frozen, unwilling to advance.
Beneath the divine law, even these mighty beings were powerless.
“In this sacred dominion, no one can oppose him… Only the infernal demons could rival such strength,” the Angry Dragon King whispered in dread.
In Infinite Dimensions lore, the Celestial Kingdom and the Infernal Demon Realm were eternal foes—each powerful, yet balanced. Neither dared act rashly. Under the world’s core laws, neither angels nor demons could fully descend for extended periods—only their souls could temporarily manifest.
While the Spatial Ripple stripped every beast of flight, Misius remained unaffected, hovering arrogantly above the ground.
“So it’s not just movement reduction.”
Orson flexed his fingers slowly, as if submerged in thick, suffocating molasses.
“Are you retreating or not, Orgod?” Misius demanded again.
“Is there a point in asking?” Orson shot back. He sensed hesitation. If this Wise Angel were truly invincible, he would’ve attacked already. Yet he hadn’t.
“Find the enemy’s fear—and exploit it.”
This sharp instinct, beyond even his godlike mechanical skill, was what made Orson the Triple Crown Winner.
“Awakening: Hurricane Spear!”
“Awakening: Hurricane Spear!”
…
Orson’s multiple avatars unleashed a barrage of wind elemental strikes from every direction of Forever City, skill trajectories twisting like guided missiles.
“You wish to die.”
Misius narrowed his eyes and blinked—spatial teleportation!
The night sky suddenly bloomed with stars as he flashed across the battlefield, not flying on wings but leaping between points like flickering starlight. One moment he was kilometers away, the next he appeared within a hundred meters of Orson.
“Holy shit! He’s allowed to teleport while we can’t move? This is insane!”
“Is this what God-tier laws look like? This is rigged!”
The players watching froze in horror. How could anyone beat this? From the start, this opponent was untouchable. The Infinite Dimensions’ War God was about to fall from his pedestal.
World Chat:
“Finally! That damn Orgod is going down! My time has come!”
“Yeah, keep showing off now, Orgod! Love bullying regular players? See how that works against a God!”
“Joining Dragon’s Kiss Guild was the best decision of my life! Feels so good!”
Defeated Godslayer rivals erupted with glee. While Orgod reigned supreme, they cowered; but as he stumbled, they celebrated. The vultures were circling.
Usher clenched his fists, his emotions tangled. He hated Orson, but seeing him fall like this left a bitter taste. This wasn’t the end Orson deserved. If anyone were to defeat Orgod, it should be him.
“BlazeKing’s successor… That isn’t bad for the gods, you know. Our real enemies are far worse,” Misius said, teleporting directly before Orson, his flaming aura swallowing him whole.
Burning — ineffective!
Burning — ineffective!
Misius frowned. “Blessed by Infinite Dimensions’ sacred beasts? Such fortune.”
“As you can see… I’m here to slice your damn head off.” Orson sneered.
“Stop resisting. You are not my equal.” Misius raised his elemental sword, crushing pressure descending like a collapsing star.
Orson gritted his teeth under the soul-crushing weight. “I… resist your entire family, asshole!”
“MY LORD—IMMORTAL!”
The Crimson Lizard King roared, defying his slowed movement to hurl skills toward Misius.
Unfazed, Misius casually extended a hand. A radiant angelic shield materialized, effortlessly blocking the S-tier Dragon Curse spell Blazing Meteor Shower.
“Dammit… This is broken! What the hell are we supposed to do?!” Bradley cursed. Velorith struggled forward like a worm, only a few kilometers away but completely unreachable.
“Our mana’s drained. Forbidden curse is still cooling down. We… we could’ve won!” Madman seethed.
“Trust him. What else can we do?”
“Don’t rush. Slay all the sealed kings.”
A cold voice rang in their ears.
Blank.
She wiped tears from her cheeks and charged toward Veijander’s location, determined to eliminate as many immobilized royal NPCs as possible, minimizing losses in case of total defeat.
The others clenched their fists, hearts heavy. Even Demon Emperor shook his head and followed. Despite their pride, none could abandon Orgod now.
“ORSON!!”
“MASTER!!”
“LEADER!!”
“PRESIDENT!!”
Their voices rang out, but Demon Emperor knew: this fight could only belong to Orson.
“This is MY fight!” Orson’s voice thundered across the city. “Don’t forget — I AM THE GOD OF MORTALS!”
He grinned wildly, his words shocking everyone.
“Interesting… Movement reduction has dropped to 94%.”
The crowd was confused, but Misius stiffened, cold sweat breaking out.
“You caught it,” he whispered under his breath, his fear flickering for just a second—but enough for Orson to see.
“Soul-form descent… The weakened battle power wasn’t just stat debuffs.” Orson narrowed his eyes, grinning maniacally.
“In Infinite Dimensions, nothing is invincible. Not even you, God-tier angel. Not even you, a former player among the elites.”
“If my guess is right… Every minute you stay, every skill you cast—your divine law erodes permanently. You’ll eventually lose your law entirely, won’t you?”
Orson grinned like a madman—wild, insane, terrifying.
