Chapter 56 School Bully Kevin Duke
Kevin glanced at Tiger Gold, who sat next to him and was also fiddling with his mobile phone. The teacher didn't call Tiger's name.
Kevin asked, "Sir, couldn't we watch news in class? Well, I'll watch TV series instead."
"Bang—" The teacher slammed the table. He thought that Kevin was playing jokes on him.
Kevin did not know that it was not allowed to use mobile phones in class. Beside, Tiger Gold was also fiddling with his phone.
At this time, the class monitor whispered to the teacher, "Mr. Black, he is Kevin Duke."
"Kevin Duke?" The physics teacher felt that the name was a little familiar. In the next second, he remembered—Just now in the office, the teachers were talking about Kevin Duke, the sixth school bully. And they said they should not offend him.
The teacher was shocked. No wonder the student was so overweening. He was the new bully.
As Kevin saw that the teacher was angry, he seemed to understand that he was not supposed to watch news or TV series during class.
Everyone knew that Kevin respected teachers.
He immediately put away his phone and said, "Sir, we are not allowed to use our phones in class, right? I won't do it again."
The teacher immediately changed his tone and chuckled, "No, you can use it. Just do whatever you want."
Kevin was puzzled and asked, "Sir, if it's allowed, why are you angry?"
The teacher wiped his sweat, thinking that Kevin was questioning him. He explained, "Uh—uh. I was just kidding. Never mind. You can watch news or TV series. It's up to you."
"OK, If there is nothing else. I'll sit down. You can begin the class."
"Yes, yes. Just make yourself comfortable."
Kevin sat down and asked Alan to download a video app for him. Then he started to watch a TV series about urban life.
Kevin loved watching TV because he could learn a lot about the world from it.
The teacher was delivering his lecture, while Kevin was watching the series. The sound of his mobile phone could be heard by others.
The teacher frowned. The noise had affected his class. However, since Kevin was a school bully, Mr. Black did not dare to ask him to turn it down.
The other students also didn't dare to say anything. Even Tiger Gold, one of the school bullies, had no courage to offend Kevin.
At this moment, the head teacher of the class, Arthur Longman, came and stood outside the classroom to inspect the class. He saw that Kevin was watching TV series on his phone. And he even placed his phone on the desk blatantly.
Mr. Longman frowned. It was bad luck for him to accept this guy to his class. He also knew that Kevin had become one of the school bullies.
Mr. Longman thought. "No, I must have Kevin Duke back to Class 5."
He called Lily Green's father, Charles Green, "Mr. Longman, what's the matter?" said Mr. Green.
"Mr. Green, you asked me to transfer Kevin Duke to my class this morning. Right? But I've changed my mind. I can't accept this student."
"What's wrong with him?"
"Mr. Green, he messed up my class as soon as he was transferred here. It only took him a morning to become the sixth school bully. And now he was watching TV series on his phone during a lesson. I'm sorry, Mr. Green. Please let him return to his original class."
Mr. Green was silent for a moment, then he said, "Well, Mr. Longman. You can handle it as your wish."
"Thank you, Mr. Green."
Mr. Longman breathed a sigh of relief and went to apply for transferring Kevin Duke back. He couldn't accept two bullies in his class.
Kevin received a call from Mr. Green.
He walked outside the classroom and answered the phone.
"Boss."
"Kevin, Lily's head teacher just called me. He wants to let you return to your old class. He said you messed up his class. And you are elected as a school bully. What's going on?"
Kevin smiled and said, "Boss, I did beat a guy this morning. It was Tiger Gold in Miss Green's class. I heard that he is one of the school bullies."
"Tiger Gold? Is he the student that pestered Lily?"
"Yes. He was beaten up by me. I think he wouldn't trouble her anymore. Don't worry."
"But Mr. Longman said you are also a school bully. What does he mean?"
"Well, I don't know either. Everyone just started to call me in that way. Maybe it was because I beat up Tiger Gold. Anyway, I don't mind what others say. I just need to be myself. Don't worry, as a bodyguard, I can bear this pressure."
Charles Green laughed awkwardly. Kevin thought that Mr. Greenhad called to care about him.
"By the way, Mr. Longman said you watched TV series in class. Is that true?"
"Yes. The physics teacher allowed me to do so. Besides, I'm not good at study."
"Alright, but Mr. Longman wants to transfer you back to your original class. You won't be able to protect Lily at short range." Kevin smiled and said, "Boss, you don't have to worry about that. I can handle it. Mr. Longman doesn't have the right to do that. The teaching director is of higher class."
"What does it have to do with the teaching director?"
"He begged me to teach him martial arts this
morning."
"Uh—uh. Kevin, you are really capable. Even the teaching director is begging you. You are exactly the person I need. Alright, just deal with it. I trust you."
"Yes, boss."
Kevin hung up the phone and returned to continue watching the TV series.
Arthur Longman did not turn to the teaching director, but went straight to the principal. He knew the teaching director would not be helpful.
In the principal's office. Andrew Hill was teaching the principle martial arts.
"That's right. Tighten your belly, punch hard and have your strength on your palm." Andrew taught with patience.
