“Mama~Mama~Mama~Papa~Papa~Mama~Papa~Mama~”
The cute little butterfly chirped in an innocent, childish tone, its tiny wings fluttering as it swirled joyfully around Maelona. She stood there, stiff and awkward, her eyes shifting toward the others, unable to process what she had just heard.
She almost killed Aether?
What?
Her mind struggled to grasp the reality of the situation.
She couldn’t believe what had just happened.
The last thing she clearly remembered was drinking the potion… and then? Nothing.
Her mind had gone completely blank, like a missing page in a book. No matter how hard she tried to recall, it was just an empty void. All she knew was that she had felt trapped—locked away somewhere, as if she had been forcibly restrained.
Aria narrowed her eyes, her brows slightly furrowing, as if she was trying to make sense of what she was seeing… a little butterfly calling her husband ‘Papa’ and her mother ‘Mama’?
What the fuck?
Raven and Liora, on the other hand, had their arms crossed, their lips pushed into adorable pouts, looking more and more like sulking children. It was clear that they were struggling with something—something deep, something personal.
Their husband had gotten another woman pregnant before them?
That felt like an enormous betrayal, one they hadn’t even seen coming.
Logically, they knew it wasn’t Aether’s fault.
They were well aware of the circumstances, yet their womanly instincts refused to let go of the sting. Their emotions were roaring in protest, making it impossible to just accept it and move on.
“Pfff—”
Thalia clamped a hand over her mouth, barely holding back her laughter, her shoulders trembling. The situation was so absurd that if she let go even for a second, she might burst out laughing uncontrollably.
A butterfly?
Calling Aether its father?
What else was the world planning to throw at her?
Even Dora, who was usually calm and composed, couldn’t help but let a small smile tug at her lips. Her gaze flickered toward Aether, who was standing there, his expression twisted with pure disbelief, as if his soul was actively rejecting the reality in front of him.
He was refusing to accept a butterfly as his child!!
Her eyes landed on the butterfly…. which oddly seemed to normal to her eyes… for now!
‘Nothing different…’ She thought.
Aether coughed loudly, attempting to regain control of the situation. “Come on now… You guys need to take this seriously!” His voice was firm, but there was a slight edge to it, like he himself was struggling to keep a straight face.
For some, this moment was hilarious.
For others, it was dripping with jealousy.
But no matter how people felt about it, the truth was, the situation was far more serious than it appeared.
Dora inhaled deeply, pressing her lips together before nodding. “So… she managed to reach god-level power with just… your… hmm…” Her cheeks flushed as she hesitated, her words faltering at the last moment. She knew what she wanted to say, but actually saying it aloud was a completely different matter.
Thalia, however, had no such shame. She tilted her head with a teasing smirk. “She drank his cum and became a god?”
Silence.
Maelona’s entire face turned beet red. Just hearing those words made her want to dig a hole deep into the ground and bury herself alive.
Aether exhaled deeply, rubbing the bridge of his nose before shaking his head. “That’s not possible… I mean…” He suddenly smirked and glanced at Thalia with a raised brow. “You drank it too, right?”
Thalia’s body stiffened on the spot. Her breath hitched, and within a second, her cheeks burned bright red. She quickly averted her gaze, trying her best to act as if she hadn’t heard anything.
Dora’s expression, however, went from shocked to downright horrified. Her head snapped toward Thalia, her eyes wide with disbelief. And yet, when she saw her friend blushing furiously, averting her eyes but also sneaking in a playful wink before licking her lips—Dora felt her own face heating up even more!
Her cheeks burned a deep shade of red.
‘This bitch!!’
Maelona, hearing Aether’s word, couldn’t help but be taken aback. ‘Yeah, now that I think about it… who exactly are these two women?’ She turned her gaze toward Aria, silently expecting some sort of answer.
Aria, however, simply huffed, her arms crossed, not showing much of a reaction at all.
‘Looks like they belong to him too… and my daughter seems to be fine with it,’ Maelona mused, slightly surprised that Aria wasn’t reacting with jealousy or rage. She had expected something a lot more violent.
Still, this was a good thing. Aether was finally being more open with them after keeping so many things hidden.
“Anyway, it’s literally not possible to become a god just like that…” Aether muttered, his voice trailing off as his thoughts seemed to slowly drift elsewhere…
“Aether?” Dora frowned, noticing the shift in his demeanor.
Aether blinked, snapping out of it. “Huh? What did I say?” he asked, looking a little disoriented.
[…]
“You just said it’s not possible to become a god…” Aria repeated, her expression slightly tense. She could sense something was off. Aether was acting a little strange all of a sudden.
“Ah? Yes… right…” Aether nodded, his thoughts still swirling as he turned to Maelona. His expression turned serious. “Call your Log.”
Maelona hesitated for a moment but then nodded. She raised her hand, summoning her Log.
“!!”
The moment her eyes landed on the black, transparent screen in front of her, her entire body stiffened.
Her pupils dilated in sheer horror!
“W-What’s showing, Mom?” Aria asked, her voice trembling with fear.
Maelona didn’t react at first. Her expression remained frozen, her body unnaturally still.
Meanwhile, Aether’s legs felt weak, his muscles tensing involuntarily. He felt something unfamiliar—an exhaustion creeping over him—but he shook his head, forcing himself to focus. He swallowed hard before asking, “What is it?”
Maelona snapped out of her daze and glanced around, her face filled with hesitation. She bit her lip before she finally uttered the words…
“Demi-God?”
“….”
“What again?”
“D-Demi-God”
“…..” This time, it took a little time to process everything and then,
“Demi-God? What do you mean, Demi-God? Show us your Log!” Thalia demanded, her curiosity and skepticism evident on her face.
Maelona flinched slightly, her expression turning troubled. Her lips parted as if she wanted to say something, but no words came out. Her grip tightened as uncertainty flickered in her eyes.
“You can trust us all…”
No… that wasn’t Aether.
It was Aria who said those words.
Aether blinked, surprised. He turned to look at her, and the gentle smile that played on his lips was impossible to hide.
Aria noticed it too, and despite the tension, she felt a warmth spreading in her chest. A small smile tugged at her lips before she shook her head and looked back at her mother.
“Show it to us, Mom!” she said again, her voice more firm this time.
However…
Maelona still hesitated. Her hands trembled slightly, her fingers twitching as if debating whether to comply or not.
Aether frowned. He could sense something was off. He was just about to speak when—
/Aether, I cannot show it to others… Please./
Aether’s eyes widened slightly at the sudden telepathic contact from Maelona. His brows furrowed as he responded, /As Aria said… You can trust us all—/
/I-It’s not about trust… Please, Aether… Help me!/
Hearing her desperate plea that never happened before, Aether sighed internally. His eyes softened slightly before he finally said, “If you don’t mind… Can I see it? I mean… I am responsible for this happening, so…” His voice was firm, serious, as he turned his gaze to the others. “Let’s not pressure her.”
The others hesitated before finally stepping back, giving Maelona some space.
She still looked unsure, but seeing that Aether wasn’t willing to let this slide—even for himself—she sighed deeply. Finally, with great reluctance, she turned her Log toward only him.
The black, transparent screen flickered before him, revealing the information within.
And then—
“HUH?” Aether gasped, his voice laced with pure shock.
“W-What?” Aria’s face paled instantly, her heartbeat quickening. “I-Is she alright? Is she sick, Aether? Is she going to die again? A-Aether?!” Her voice grew frantic as she bombarded him with panicked questions.
However…
Aether didn’t respond immediately. His gaze was locked onto the Log. Slowly, his head lifted, and his eyes met Maelona’s. Her cheeks were burning red, her head lowered in sheer shame and guilt.
Aether’s eyes flickered back to the Log.

Nah. Aether’s gaze skimmed over the screen, barely registering the major, world-shattering details—like the fact that Maelona’s race was in an error state or that she had somehow become a Demi-God.
None of that was what caught his attention.
No.
His focus was locked onto one particular title.
Eternal Bound with her Love.
Who?
Of course, it was fucking him!
But wait… wasn’t it previously just stated as “Aether”?
When the hell did it change to “Love”?
And then, his eyes trailed down further…
Forbidden Love with Son-In-Law?
Holy shit!!
Aether gulped.
What else did he need as proof? She loved him. She loved him so much that even her log-generated titles had changed to reflect that overwhelming love.
Aether finally understood why she was so damn hesitant to show it to others… especially to her daughter, who was standing right there, genuinely worried about her mother’s life.
‘Fuck… this is messed up. She loves me too much to the point that even the log acknowledged it… OMG, what the hell am I supposed to do now? I feel like I did something wrong… Oh god, please forgiv—’
!~Ding~!
[🙄 Oh please shut up! You’re barely holding back your smirk, you idiot! 😏 If you’re happy, just be happy! Why are you acting like you did something wrong? This is exactly what you wanted, right?]
Aether flinched as his own log picked up on everything.
‘Well… I… I mean, it just happened… I seriously didn’t mean to—’
[🤨 Please stop this nonsense, you know neither of us is going to believe your words… 🙃 now focus on the important things!]
!~Ding~!
[❗️Notice: Maelona Zephyr’s situation has been identified, what’s going on with her body, and… what’s happening with you as well!]
Aether blinked in surprise
“What?” he muttered aloud without thinking.
Everyone immediately turned toward him with suspicious expressions.
Aether quickly covered up, flashing a small, casual smile. “Ah, I was just thinking deeply. Don’t mind me… give me a few moments, and I’ll have an answer for you all,” he said smoothly.
The others frowned, but they didn’t press further.
Maelona, however, gulped nervously. Her eyes flickered toward her daughter with visible fear before glancing at Aether again.
But this time… her gaze wasn’t just fearful.
There was also something else hidden beneath that nervousness.
Relief.
She blushed slightly, lowering her gaze, almost as if she was silently depending on him.
And of course—
Dora noticed everything.
Her eyes darted between Maelona and Aether, her mind processing the situation at a terrifying speed. And when she finally put two and two together…
Her entire face twisted in absolute horror.
Her mind could only scream one single thought.
‘Mother… fucker…’
And honestly?
She wasn’t even wrong.
