Arlo stood atop the highest peak in the county, his gaze sweeping over the vast expanse of land before him. From this vantage point, he could see everything, including the humanoid rats that swarmed below. His sharp eyes pierced through the distance, examining the creatures with a cold, calculating gaze.

The rat men were a strange race known for their agility and ferocity. They were small in stature, but what they lacked in size, they made up for in numbers. There were tales of their viciousness, how they would swarm their prey like a pack of wild dogs, tearing them apart with their razor-sharp claws and teeth. But they have made a mistake this time, a huge mistake that would cost them their lives.

They have provoked a person they had no ability to confront.

They had provoked the Scaleless dragon!

They were kneeling and making rat noises, begging for his forgiveness.

"Ha! Begging won't do you any good. You're all doomed!" Arlo declared as he prepared to unleash his Draconian Force upon the rat men who lay prostrate before him.

With great accuracy, he dropped it on all of the prostrating rat men below.

Boom!

Tens of Thousands of rat men exploded like balloons, leaving a mess of blood and flesh in their wake.

Remarkably, His draconian force didn't touch a single civilian. It showcased his immense mastery over his technique. Concepts, when fully understood, could be integrated with skills to create techniques. That was what he just utilized to eradicate the majority of the army of rats.

The remaining rat men were overtaken by fear. Panic set in, and they scattered in all directions, desperate to escape the wrath of the Scaleless Dragon.

Arlo watched with satisfaction as they ran away, muttering to himself, "I guess that dumb three-headed mutt didn't pay them enough to endure this shit."

The next moment, a smile spread across Arlo's face as he caught sight of Roy making his way towards the county from the nearby forest.

"Listen up, knights and mages of Constantine County!" Arlo's voice boomed throughout the area, commanding everyone's attention. "I am the Empire's Heavenly Knight, and I have come to save you with my friend. Direct all of the rat-men to the southern exit, and leave the rest to us!"

Arnard's voice reverberated throughout the County. It was like the call of a god-sent warrior, ringing in everyone's ears, instilling a sense of hope and confidence in the hearts of everyone who heard it. They knew that the savior had arrived and that he would prevent any further casualties.

Despite lacking any concrete proof of his claim to be the third Heavenly Knight, everyone still followed Arlo's orders, drawn in by his commanding presence and the assurance in his words.

As Arlo issued his command, the knights and mages sprang into action with a remarkable display of coordination and expertise.

The knights, clad in shining armor, formed a solid line along the streets, wielding their swords and shields with a fierce determination. The mages, on the other hand, used their magical abilities to create barriers and obstacles that impeded the progress of the humanoid rats.

The alleys and streets of the County were soon transformed into a tactical battlefield as the rat-men scurried and screeched, their beady eyes scanning for an escape route. The knights and mages worked together seamlessly, their movements fluid and synchronized, as they set up barricades and barriers at strategic locations. They directed the humanoid rats towards the Southern exit of the County, using their knowledge of the terrain to fool the creatures and prevent them from escaping wherever they liked.

The knights, with their swords held high, were the first line of defense against the humanoid rats. They stood their ground, fearless and resolute, as the creatures charged towards them. The clash of metal against metal echoed through the streets as the knights fought back with all their might, pushing their enemies in the mentioned direction.

The mages, with their spellbooks open and their eyes fixed on the enemy, chanted incantations that created walls of fire and ice, barriers of thorns and spikes, and other magical constructs that made it nearly impossible for the rat-men to advance as they liked. Their spells were precise and powerful, each one crafted to suit the specific needs of the situation.

The humanoid rats, confused and disoriented, scurried about in a desperate attempt to find a way out. But the knights and mages were relentless, their tactics and strategy honed by years of battle experience. The rat-men were swiftly routed towards the Southern exit of Constantine County, only to find it blocked by a towering wall manned by soldiers who showed no intention of opening it.

"Let them pass," Arlo ordered the soldiers stationed at the wall from the cathedral.

The captain of the soldiers, however, expressed his concerns to him, "If we let them go, they'll surely come back to haunt us later. We could be pincer attacked in the evening. But I promise to vanquish them with minimal casualties if we fight them now. I hope you can understand, former master!"

Arlo, however, had a different plan in mind. "There's no need for more bloodshed. What you fear won't happen. They will meet their end as soon as they leave the county. Trust me, as you did in the old days."

Cassius, who was listening intently, asked Arlo, "Are you sure they'll be dealt with?"

"Absolutely," Arlo replied with unwavering confidence.

Cassius commanded, "Open the gates."

At his command, the guards opened the towering gates, allowing the restless rats that were clawing at the wall to leave, not suspecting their fate that awaited them just beyond the county walls.

After leaving the County, the humanoid rats encountered Roy.

As the humanoid rats spotted Roy, their beady eyes widened in hunger. Instantly, he became their target, and they charged at him with a ferocity that would make even the most fearsome demon quiver in its boots.

Roy, however, didn't even flinch. He stood his ground, his eyes blazing with an otherworldly aura, as if he were a devil that knew no fear.
