"You could have killed them all."
After walking out of the secret base in Metropolis, a group arrived at the grounds at the entrance of the sewer. Batman looked at Luke, who was sunbathing with skinny Superman.
With his observation power, as well as his own knowledge of psychology...
It was easy to judge that the Kryptonian warships and interstellar war were all lies.
Perhaps, General Lane didn't fully believe it either but was just under pressure from Luke and looking for a way out.
Politicians, bureaucrats, what were they like?
Thomas Wayne, once Gotham's biggest capitalist, knew all too well.
"Yes, I just need to blow a breath gently, and those who stand before me would turn into icicles. "
The corners of Luke's mouth rose as he replied faintly.
"Or, the slightest thought, explode their skulls with the pressure from the atmosphere."
Barry, who was supporting the skinny superhero, heard Luke's cruel words. His expression turned a bit unnatural.
Compared with Clark, who was easy to talk to, this Kryptonian cousin's temper seemed to be much more violent.
"But who made me a peace-loving good man? "
Luke grinned with sincere eyes.
He didn't have to create a tyrannical image for the Flash by staging a senseless killing.
Everything in the Flashpoint world would be corrected afterwards.
When they returned to the main universe, the others wouldn't remember this disaster.
But Barry was different. He was the initiator of the Flashpoint world and the final saviour.
He would remember everything that happened.
As the conscience of the Justice League, expecting the Flash to acknowledge a man who killed indiscriminately was basically a useless fantasy.
Therefore, Luke kept the utmost restraint and tried to act like a positive person.
The Kryptonian cousin persona he set up should be maintained.
This was much more aboveboard than the 'immigrant' identity.
"Good man ...?"
Batman stopped talking.
He could tell that this wasn't what the other person was actually thinking.
If it were normal times, Thomas Wayne would see this Kryptonian as the most dangerous bomb in the world.
Because the other party was extremely powerful, and what they could do was worthy of vigilance.
But now, things were different. The collapsed and distorted Flashpoint world needed to be corrected.
Whatever kind of person Luke was, it had nothing to do with him.
Leave these problems for Bruce to solve.
The bad daddy thought so.
"Cousin, of course; he is a good man."
Luke's confession was affirmed by Barry and skinny Superman.
Especially the latter. In his view, this older cousin, who had been separated for many years and reunited now, was his saviour.
"The sun ... is really wonderful."
The feeling of weakness in the skinny Superman's body slowly went away.
The radiation, like water droplets, penetrate from the surface, slowly absorbed by every cell in his body.
The pale white skin, at speed visible to the naked eye, was gradually flushed with colour.
'There is probably my level of strength when I first became a Superman. '
Luke scanned Kal-El's thin body with his Super Vision.
This guy absorbed the sunlight, and all the cells in his body responded at a rate far beyond his own at the time.
As the only person of natural origin before the destruction of Krypton, Kal-El's own potential could hardly be estimated.
Even if he was locked inside the base, living under the light of the red sun, he still demonstrated great adaptability and learning speed.
'Unfortunately, there are still some shortcomings. '
Luke found that after merging several Superman cards, the red sun rays, kryptonite, magic and other attacks had little influence on him.
Just now, he was directly exposed to the simulated radiation environment of the red sun, and he didn't feel any discomfort. At most, he just felt some psychological discomfort.
'How could an older cousin lose to a younger cousin? '
Luke smiled with satisfaction. The bio-force field enveloped everyone, and they slowly rose up into the sky.
On the destroyer, not far away, General Lane witnessed the scene. There was a strange look in his eyes.
"What's the status of Subject Three?"
He dialled the satellite-encrypted phone and asked with a heavy expression.
"There's a grown Kryptonian on this planet. I need Subject Three."
Looking at those figures disappearing behind the clouds, General Lane showed great concern.
...
...
"Why didn't you take Clark back to Gotham and send him to Central City instead?"
Half an hour later, Luke and others appeared in the Flash's apartment.
Barry changed out of his red uniform and used Speed Force to move around the kitchen, preparing a light lunch with plenty of food.
Speedsters needed to replenish a lot of nutritional energy after each run.
From the Wayne Mansion in Gotham to Metropolis and then back to Central City, it was a long ride, and he was already hungry.
At this time, Barry thought he could eat an elephant.
"How could he get some sunlight with the weather in Gotham?"
Luke leaned against the sofa and asked.
The skinny Superman was already settled in the guest bedroom of the apartment; the poor little cousin was already sleeping in the sun with a happy and satisfied face.
"Um, that makes sense...."
Barry was speechless, chewing on an energy bar to satisfy his hunger.
Gotham seemed to be covered by rain all year round, and sunny days were rare.
"By the way, Barry, do you know anything about Hal Jordan?"
Luke turned the TV on and chatted while watching the news.
"Hal ... He's now a test pilot of Ferris Airlines. He didn't marry Carol and didn't get the Green Lantern ring."
Barry quickly made a dozen sandwiches and swept them up.
The life of a good friend had also changed.
Hal was still an adventurous, daring pilot, not the Green Lantern of the cosmic police force.
"Abin Sur didn't arrive on Earth?"
Luke was a little surprised and asked in a soft voice.
"I searched the relevant news and found some unexpected clues."
Barry's information on his friend Hal Jordan was quite heartfelt.
"I heard Hal talk about how he became the Green Lantern. Abin Sur is the greatest Green Lantern in the Corps."
"But he had an accident when he was on duty, and the spaceship crashed into the seaside."
"When he was seriously injured and dying, Abin Sur chose to give the ring to Hal. Or, rather, the green light representing willpower, found Hal on its own accord."
"That was how he became the Green Lantern."
Barry mumbled something, then turned around and frowned, "But in the Flashpoint world, Abin Sur didn't die. He was saved by Cyborg and cooperated with the government to act as a diplomatic ambassador."
"I saw a picture of him with the President in a newspaper."
Luke's eyes flashed. No wonder he thought that General Lane was a little too calm regarding the existence of aliens and alien civilisations.
So, it was Abin Sur.
"What about now?"
The Kryptonian cousin narrowed his eyes. He was very interested in The Emotional Spectrum.
'If we wait until the chapter of the Lantern Corps opens, which lantern will I be selected by?'
Rage? Will? Avarice? Fear?
"I don't know; Abin Sur disappeared a long time ago. Some people say that he has already left the earth."
Barry shrugged his shoulders, indicating that he really didn't know.
Luke didn't ask any more questions. He just thought of Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps on a whim.
...
...
In a hotel somewhere in Europe.
Reverse-Flash held his arms across his chest and looked over the city.
"What a nostalgic world."
He commented.
The fate of superheroes had been changed, and the super criminals were now celebrities...
The most interesting thing was that there was no Flash in this time and space, only Barry Allen.
"It's so delightful."
In Reverse-Flash's view, this was something to celebrate.
His feelings for the Flash were complicated, a mixture of admiration, jealousy and loathing that turned into a twisted rivalry.
"Superhero saving his mother... heh!"
Reverse-Flash knew exactly how all this happened.
His mother's murder was a hole that Barry could never fill.
And so, the Flash, who was deeply trapped in the past, was unable to extricate himself.
One day, he broke through the time barrier and opened up a wormhole to the past and the future.
It's like a calm lake. If he dropped a stone there, it would ripple out from the centre.
It would start with Barry's family and friends, and expand to the Justice League, then the whole world.
Everything was changing.
Reverse-Flash could even see that the resulting residual effects were still radiating outward.
"The multiverse is in danger, but it's none of my business."
He laughed.
As a speedster, the Reverse-Flash was based in the future, upstream from the long river of time and space.
The great crisis of the multiverse had little impact on him.
'I can't wait to see Barry's face when he realises he's ruined the world!
Reverse-Flash thought so with malice.
"Eobard Thawne?"
Suddenly, a voice broke the Reverse-Flash's unrestrained imagination.
Almost immediately, he entered the Speed Force state.
The person who came into view was a strange guy wearing a green uniform with dark red skin.
"Who are you?"
The Reverse-Flash's heart was filled with murderous intent. Before the world was destroyed, he wanted to hide well and keep himself hidden from those so-called heroes.
"My name is Thaal Sinestro. I'm a soldier in the Green Lantern Corps."
The strange guy who suddenly appeared in the hotel room gave his name.
"I'm here for the Flash!"
