MMORPG: Rise of the Primordial Godsmith
Chapter 1334: Establishing the GuildDing!
At the very moment the system gave him the prompt, Valyr let out a chuckle once more, his mind thinking over the past sequence of events that led up to where he was right now.
"I headed to Astella City with the intent of only fulfilling one of the remaining requirements," said the young man to himself, grinning the more he thought about it.
"Yet, thanks to a series of coincidences and misunderstandings, I ended up hitting two birds with one stone."
"Sometimes, you really don’t know what life gives you." Valyr chuckled at the thought, only to then let out a slightly somber sigh as his mind briefly went back to the very beginning of his current life.
’With all things considered, it definitely took a while to get here.’
’Heck, I could even say that it took longer than I initially thought it would take me.’
’But the amount of time I spent doesn’t matter.’
’What ultimately matters is the fact that I’m finally starting to prepare for the final battle in advance.’
As memories on the final battle continued to surface in his mind, the young man let out yet another sigh, only to then take a deep breath in a bid to calm himself down.Giving himself all the time he needed to adjust his state of mind, it was only then did Valyr look at the prompt in front of him once more.
"…Alright." Briefly reminding himself that he would have to put a bit more thought on some of the choices, the young man went ahead and began to fill up all of the necessary information needed to establish.
"The name of the guild will be the Azure Coalition," murmured Valyr as he wrote the name of the guild down.
After making sure that he wrote the name correctly, Valyr then watched as the system processed the name he gave him, only to then ask him as to who the leader of the soon-to-be created guild was.
In response, the young man looked through the list the system gave him for a bit, his eyes slightly widening after noticing that the system had given him the option to select NPCs on his friend list as the guild’s head.
Finding the thought something to keep in mind for the time he established another guild as an NPC, Valyr went ahead and selected himself as the leader of the Azure Coalition.

With the system asking for his credentials after that, the young man proceeded to bring his identification badge from the Mage Guild closer to the screen, which swiftly prompted the screen to change its contents into a map of Veldanyr.
Seeing that the system was now asking him to select which part of Veldanyr would be considered the guild’s base of operations, Valyr went ahead and zoomed the map around Astella City.
Looking around the outskirts of the city for a bit, the young man soon found the plot of land he was now the owner of, selecting it before confirming the prompt that popped up without hesitation.
Ding!
Watching the screen in front of him disappear after that, the young man immediately let out a wide sigh of relief after he received him a notification that the guild was now officially recognized by the system.
However, knowing that he had only gone through the easy part of establishing a guild so far, the young man patiently waited for the screen to return, reminding himself to choose wisely for this part of the process.
Ding!
Thankfully, it only took a couple of minutes for the system to give him the prompt he was waiting for.
"Huuu…" Letting out a long exhale to calm down his nerves, the young man closed his eyes for a bit before looking through the various decisions the system now wanted him to make.
"The guild type of the Azure Coalition…" muttered Valyr to himself, briefly scrolling through the choices one by one as the gears in his mind began to turn.
Though the type of guild one chose to create did not really matter that much in the long run, the type did dictate what kind of important facilities a guild would be able to construct, especially in the higher levels.
Not only that, but the type of guild chosen also dictated what kind of perk the guild would have, which was the reason why Valyr gave the choice a lot of thought.
"Mercenary, information, merchant, exploration, leisure, sub-branch, or all-around…"
"Hmm…" Rubbing his chin as he continued to ponder over his choice, Valyr eventually made up his mind on what type to go with.
"Getting the guild going at the start would be tedious as hell if I choose this, but I’m certain this choice will definitely show its worth later on."
As those words left his mouth, the young man showed no hesitation in making the Azure Coalition an all-around guild, which prompted the system to show him all the perks that would come along with creating an all-around guild.
Seeing that the choice came with a lot more downsides than upsides at the early levels, even though the sight made him feel a twinge of pain in his chest, Valyr still proceeded to select it as the guild type, allowing him to move onto the final step of the process.
"The guild hall," said Valyr, his expression solemn as he looked at the five choices the system gave him.
’Depending on the amount of money I decide on spending, the guild hall would either only come with the most basic of facilities, or be kitted out to the brim with facilities that would speed up everyone’s leveling by at least double.’

’Now, according to common sense, choosing the most expensive option out of these five would be the best,’ thought the young man to himself, taking note of the hefty price tag the system gave him for the option.
’After all, it’s got all these perks and facilities that would probably boost our combat power by a rank at least.’
’However, Greater Beyond is ultimately a game where it encourages you to trailblaze a path for yourself.’
’With that being said, it wouldn’t be far-fetched to think that the game would also encourage guilds to build things from the ground up.’
’And so, with that in mind and with some of my memories backing the thought up
As those thoughts lingered in his mind, Valyr went ahead and chose the leftmost option, which showed an image of a barely-furnished cottage made out of rough-cut stone.
’I’ve made my choice.’
