“Fuck Big Ten then,” Madam Ruby cursed.

Big Ten claimed to have a direct communication connection with the third layer, with the people of their forces.

And with their high number of Supreme Emperors, they kept other Supreme Emperors in control and decided the participation of Ascension Games, which were held naturally by the Grimworld for people to ascend.

They had the whole Arcane Spectrum in their control, which they had created in the realm where Ascension Games are held.

Super powerful artifacts, puppets, and centuries of resources poured into making sure they were the strongest and in complete control of Ascension Games.

And Big Ten also knew no one would dare to do anything stupid, which was why they were confident to put House of Regalon under them.

“I have found that other clans have a direct communication method with their ascendant on the third layer,” Big D said.

Madam Ruby’s eyes shone. “Then can’t we get information from them?”

“That’s the problem. We can’t. The Big Ten knows who has ascended, and they know if some ascenders left some of their people behind. So they had already sealed their mouths with Arcane Oaths.”

“Left behind…” Madam Ruby wryly smiled. “I wonder if it’s because most of the ascendants take their entire Geneline family with them that these ten Forces who were first left behind descendants to grow them became big here.”

“Yep, that’s how it happened. Other forces had tried to do that, but once the alliance of the first Big Ten formed, they squashed descendants of others if they dared to become too big.”

“When the Big Ten dwindled to the Big Six in the war against the Alkaizer clan, they let four other forces who had their ancestor in the third layer join them and became an alliance of ten again.”

“Ever since, those original six of the Big Ten had decided to amass more forces here and better control the flow of ascenders to remain in control.”

Madam Ruby looked at the screen and said, “But their reign will be over soon.”

“Yep, soon. Anyway, I think it’s time to open one of the rare ones,” Big D’s eyes glinted. “Let’s open the chaotic dimension of Warring Phantoms. Almond and other Regalons can break through to Immortal Emperor during their expedition there.”

“Their foundation in core assets looks solid,” Madam Ruby spoke as she looked at other screens where other Regalons were training. Big D had detailed information on all of their progress on the side, so she could see that.

“Duh. Of course, it’s solid. Although one year passed, I’ve let all of them use those special temporal chambers, so each of them had actually spent at least five years training.”

The core assets, which were the most important and needed to be of a certain rank in the Immortal Emperor rank, were considered Supreme Emperor.

They were as follows:

-Willpower at the last stage.

-Three Elements at Ascent-rank.

-One Exotic Element at Ascent-rank.

-One Intent at Ascent-rank.

-One fully developed Ability Tree.

-10k or more in Arcane Constituion.

-5k foundation stats as that was the limit for Immortal Emperor, but they must be able to reach 20k in Body, Mind, and Soul using Bloodline and other means, as 20k was the ultimate limit of the second layer.

-Prime Energies with output intensity being able to touch Omega-1.

Almond and Lily had yet to create their Exotic Element, but aside from that, they had fulfilled all the requirements of being a Supreme Emperor, except for actually being in the Immortal Emperor rank.

Of course, they had something most of the Supreme Emperor didn’t have—being Overriders. Almond and Lily had stronger wills that could override rules and laws, and effects of others to a certain extent, but they were not alone.

There were other Overriders, with Big D being one of them, and some people in the Big Ten as well, and they were the main threats.

“Alright, since it’s time to open the chaotic dimension, I should bring back Kexell here,” Madam Ruby said with a smile.

“Oh yeah, how’s that chap doing?” Big D curiously asked. “He’s out of my radar since I sent him away. You checked on him occasionally, right?”

“Yeah. I went there first before coming here,” Madam Ruby said with a chuckle. “Well, it’s safe to say Almond and Lily’s advice was on the spot. That bastard created his own new race, and since he achieved his dream and broke the curse of not being able to become humanoid six months ago, he is having a hell lot of fun as well as becoming powerful with his second Ability Tree that he created and made this possible.”

“Oh? That’s good to hear,” Big D grinned. “I suppose that must have pushed him to be an Overrider.”

“Yep,” Madam Ruby said before she sighed in envy. “It’s sad to think that I won’t be able to become one.”

“It’s a risk, lass. You are aware of it, and not taking it, so you will never reach there unless you truly risk it,” Big D wryly smiled.

“Anyway, go and bring him here. I’ll visit the Regalons.”

But suddenly, Big D paused, and his expression turned strange.

Madam Ruby also felt the shift in Big D vibes and prevented herself from leaving, and turned to Big D. “What happened, Master?”

“Hollowstar…those fuckers targeted the Academy.”

“What?” Madam Ruby frowned. “Did they lock the dimension yet?”

“Not yet, but it’ll be soon. My avatars are going, but if they are prepared, I’d need help.”

Big D waved his hand.

“Almond! Quickly bring all of the Regalon’s fighting force into the Academy that’s not here. Fast. Those hollowstar bastards decided to invite themselves over to the academy.”

Almond paused his battle as a strange bubble separated him into a different space layer.

Lily and Admiral Rudra stopped and looked at him.

“What happened?”

“We have to go. Those Hollowstar cockroaches decided to target the academy.”

“Awesome.” Lily grinned. “I hope they brought more people so we can stock some new Spirits.”
