Chapter 2329: Return To Work

Yu Qi turned around and saw two men with similar faces watching her. She smiled at them.

"Why are you not calling my name?" Yu Qi walked to them and asked.

"You seem to focus on making the medicinal wine. We don't want to disturb you." Long Hui said.

"Yu Qi, is that for me?" Grandpa Long asked excitedly.

"Yes." Yu Qi nodded.

"Oh... You are so thoughtful." Grandpa Long said.

"But you can not drink it until it is ready." Yu Qi reminded him.

"How long do I need to wait?" Grandpa Long asked.

"Three to five months. Actually, the longer you wait, the more tasty it will be. But you can drink it after three months." Yu Qi stated.

"I see. Three months. I will try to wait." Grandpa Long nodded.

"I already asked Grandpa Butler to put it in the room and lock it. You can not steal it." Yu Qi chuckled.

"Wait, what?" Grandpa Long was surprised.

"Nice move." Long Hui gave Yu Qi a thumbs-up.

Yu Qi and Long Hui finally returned to FINN City. They stopped by the Tang Residence first to say hello to her family.

When they came over, Tang Bo Lin stuck with Yu Qi all the time. It was the same as Tang Heng Nuo, as she stuck with Long Hui.

They stayed for dinner. After dinner, Tang Bo Lin and Tang Heng Nuo were feeling tired and were brought to bed.

After the kids had gone, Grandpa Tang dropped a bomb, asking if something had happened while Yu Qi and Long Hui were on the Continent. M. Yu Qi and Long Hui immediately turned and looked at each other. Then, Long Hui nodded to Yu Qi.

"How do you know, Grandpa?" Yu Qi gave up hiding and came clean.

"Well, instinct." Grandpa Tang said.

Yu Qi and Long Hui told Grandpa Tang the truth.

"That's dangerous. What if anything happend to you during the time you were in their hands?" Grandpa Tang scolded Yu Qi.

Yu Qi was silent. She knew that Grandpa Tang would still scold her even if she told him that nothing would happen to her.

Grandpa Tang also scolded Long Hui for going through with the plan. Long Hui just apologised several times.

After scolding both of them, Grandpa Tang finally sighed.

"I am sorry." Grandpa Tang said.

"Grandpa, you don't have to apologise. We know that you're just worried about us." Yu Qi said.

"Then, will you stop doing something dangerous like this? I understand it would be difficult for Long Hui since it is part of his job. But you are different." Grandpa Tang stated.

"Grandpa... I can not promise you that." Yu Qi can not guarantee Grandpa Tang.

They were targeting Yu Qi. They probably would not be going to stop after Yu Qi and Long Hui attacked the underground base. They were probably furious right now.

Grandpa Tang sighed again. "Just don't be injured. That is the only wish I have."

"We will try our best." Yu Qi smiled.

After the conversation, Yu Qi and Long excused themselves to return to their penthouse.

Yu Qi returned to work. As soon as she saw the hospital's staff, they began to ask about Yu Qi's trip. Yu Qi calmly told them that nothing much had happened since they went there for work.

Then, someone asked about the Song Family. Yu Qi told them that she would not deal with the Song Family since Su Yu Hi would deal with them.

After a few talks with the staff, Yu Qi immediately went to the working mode. She received the patients one by one, not realising that the afternoon had arrived. She even called the nurse to send another patient into her room.

At 2 p.m., the nurse entered her room asking if she had already had her lunch. Yu Qi just snapped. She looked at her watch. She was surprised.

"Already 2 o'clock? Well, I will take 15 15-minute break. After that, you can send the patients in." Yu Qi said.

"Oh... Okay." The nurse nodded.

In 15 minutes, Yu Qi went to the toilet. She washed her face. Returning to her room, she opened the third drawer of her table and took out some chocolate. Yu Qi ate the chocolate bar. Then, someone burst into her room.

She did not tell the nurse to allow the patient to enter her room. So, this was probably not a patient. Yu Qi stood up, putting her smile on her lips while asking the patient.

"Excuse me, do you need something?" Yu Qi looked at the man.

The man seemed to look around and showed a disappointed expression on his face.

"Sorry. I am just searching for someone." The man apologised.

"Who are you looking for?" Yu Qi asked with concern.

"It is my son." The man said.

"You lost your son? That is not good. It will be dangerous if he enters restricted areas." Yu Qi showed concern. She reached the phone on her table and dialled a security number. "Hello, I am Doctor Tang Yu Qi from the ER Department. I have an emergency regarding a man losing his child. I request some personnel to assist with this emergency."

Yu Qi turned to the man. "Can you describe your son's appearance?" She asked.

"Yes... Yes... He is a 6-year-old, has blonde hair and blue eyes." The man described his son.
