Silvia and Justicio glanced in awe as Aquarina took down dozens of bugs at once, blowing them up into pieces… However, Aquarina quickly thought it would be a waste, so she went with another element altogether.

She sealed back her Abyssal Embodiment form and quickly unleashed an aura of Frost, as her Ice Dragon Spirit, Leviathan, was summoned, coiling around her body.

"{Permafrost Domain}!"

With a wave of ice, the swarm of golden dung beetle juveniles were instantly frozen solid, and the more they came, the more they froze.

Eventually, once she was done, the cave had become incredibly cold, and Silvia and Justicio were trembling due to the coldness.

"Bbrrrhh… It’s cold! Aquarina, did you had to do that?" Silvia asked.

"I had to so I could conserve their bodies," said Aquarina. "They might be weak individually, but if we use a hundred of these guys for Justicio’s physique, it should allow him to get a good result."

"R-Right! You’re right… Ugh, it’s cold, can’t you make the cold go away?!" Justicio wondered.

"I think I can’t," said Aquarina. "Don’t worry, we’ll get this done quickly, let’s go."

Aquarina quickly cut down the huge chunks of ice full of frozen bugs, stored them, and then continued moving forward, seeking after the spiritual traces.

Eventually, they reached a huge room with a massive ball of dung, where more of these little juvenile bugs were crawling around everywhere.

"So this is where the mother is raising her young?" Aquarina wondered. "Hm, we would be better off ignoring these guys and leave them alone."

"The little beetles are much smaller and aren’t shiny," said Silvia. "Oh, look, there’s several grubs too."

"Huh? What are those golden crystals?" wondered Justicio. "Spirit crystals? Oh, is this how they get their golden color? That’s interesting."

RUMBLE!

As the kids were watching the huge dung ball full of bugs, a rather disgusting, yet interesting found, the ground started shaking, and something surged from within the deepest corridor.

"SHYAAAAHHH!"

With its giant claws, it tore through the ground, screaming angrily! A massive dung beetle of golden color, roaring furiously at the children.

Its body shone so brightly that Silvio and Justicio had to cover their eyes, and to look even more menacing, the thing spread out colorful wings of blue, green, and golden color, releasing a gust of winds!

FLUOSH!

The wings pushed them away, as the creature tried to send them flying away from her nest, where she was protecting her young and feeding them.

"Damn thing!" said Justicio. "It can control the wind?!"

"I had no idea, haha!" laughed Silvia. "Uwaahh! Is it stronger than the rhino beetle?!"

Ding!

[You have entered the [Lair of the Golden Dung Beetle Queen Mini Dungeon]!]

[The Boss of the Dungeon, the [Golden Dung Beetle Queen (Tier 7: Rank 1)] confronts you and your party!]

[While protecting her young, her maternal instincts will make her go Berserk, increasing her Attack Power and Attack Speed by approximately 100%!]

"Much stronger," said Aquarina, smiling defiantly. "It’s Tier 7… Rank 1! And it seems to get twice as strong in these conditions, hehe!"

"W-What?! That strong?!" Justicio gasped. "We can’t handle this!"

"We’ll handle it together, don’t worry!" Aquarina roared. "Alright then! {Divine Abyssal Frost Double Aura}!"

Suddenly, Aquarina’s Aura was divided, one was of eternal darkness, while the other was of water and frost, shaping into a huge, two-headed dragon.

"ROOOAAARRR!"

The dragon roared, unleashing a shockwave with its very presence, the Dung Beetle was instantly hit by Aquarina’s Aura itself, being pushed back.

BAAAM!

The giant monster, of over five meters of height, slammed into the walls behind her, before falling down into the ground once more.

Her wings seemed damaged, as she retracted them, while clicking her mandibles furiously, her eyes were glowing bright red with anger.

"GGRRHHH… KRIEEEHH…"

"She’s angry as hell, haha!" Aquarina laughed, holding her two knives tightly. "I’ll take her on! You two attack her from the sides! Can you do this?"

"Sure!" Silvia nodded.

"Leave it to us!" Justicio nodded.

"Alright! Don’t die too quickly!" Aquarina became like a bloodthirsty berserk out of nowhere, leaping through the air, resembling a blur of blue and black colors as she hit the Beetle’s head with tremendous force.

BOOOM!

An explosion of her Aura covered a part of the beetle’s head with black frost, cursing her and lowering her stats while confusing her lightly.

"SHYAAAAEEERRGH!"

It screamed so loudly she made the cave tremble, her giant claws moved around the ground, resembling giant golden spears coming down.

Silvia and Justicio had already a hard time by merely having to evade its deadly legs!

CLANK! CLANK! CLANK!

As it moved around, Aquarina quickly leaped off its head, the moment she did, the monster’s claws, which resembled crab claws, swung towards her.

CLAAASH!

They tried to catch her and then cut her in half, but Aquarina quickly reinforced her body’s defenses, as she easily tanked several tons of power.

"G-Graaargh?!"

The insect screamed in confusion as Aquarina’s sheer physical power destroyed its claws, shattering them apart as she spread out her arms.

Crack, crack…!

CRAAASH!

As the two claws broke down and gained large cracks, Aquarina leaped into the air again, kicking the monster’s head several times.

CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!

However, the beast encompassed her body with a powerful Spiritual Aura out of nowhere, charging against Aquarina and slamming her with all its strength at once.

BAAAM!

"Ugh?!"

Aquarina was shocked, gasping as she was sent flying, hitting the walls behind her and destroying them, leaving several cracks…

"Aquarina!" Silvia cried. "W-What was that?! It used a Spiritual Aura?!"

"I saw it…!" said Justicio. "That monster had a Spirit with it! It must have somehow created a contract with a damn spirit, no way…"

"Maybe that’s why it’s so huge and has survived for so long…!" Silvia said.

"SHYEEEH!"

As the two saw the insect charge against Aquarina, they nodded, rushing to stop it.

Justicio lifted a huge wall of metal-covered stone, slamming it on the insect as it charged towards Aquarina.

BOOOM!

At the same time, Silvia summoned her Soul Weapon, her huge golden hammer, and used it to smack its legs, breaking one of them.

CRAAASH!

"GRRHHH!"

The giant beetle glared at them furiously, as her crimson eyes began glowing brightly, and then…

TRUUUM!

Two laser beams came out of them.

BOOOM!
