Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?
Chapter 1574 1574: The Deadly Wizard Lobsters—–
Four Tier 7 Lobsters stopped Aquarina’s friend from advancing and catching up with her rampage. Unifying their Magic Powers, they formed a large dome of rainbow light, composed of various spiritual elements, protecting themselves from damage while also firing spells as much as they wanted.
It seemed that the Dungeon or the water itself provided these monsters with great quantities of internal mana, although it has always been a fact that monsters have larger quantities of internal mana due to their crystalized cores, it was getting ridiculous how much magic these crustaceans could conjure.
They were indeed “Wizard Lobsters” as someone had mentioned earlier.
CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!
Justicio and Silvia swung their weapons, the boy’s axe tried to cleave through the barrier, while the girl’s hammer attempted to smash it into bits.
However, barely a tiny few cracks appeared, the magical barrier was tougher than anything they had ever hit, perhaps with the only exception being the Orichalcum Golems.
“No way! We’re getting nowhere like this!” Silvia panicked.
“Calm down, we have to find a way!” Justicio said.
“Ah! Careful! There are more projectiles coming!”
“I saw them, yeah…”
Silvia pointed into the ceiling, as dozens of giant meteors made of rainbow crystals, crystalized elemental spirit energy, started falling from the sky.
The two of them had already tried smashing these projectiles or destroying the midair, with terrible results, as they would explode anyways, causing great damage to their bodies.
“We can’t hit them from close range, or we’ll get blown away again…!” Silvia said.
“I know,” Justicio nodded. “We have to do it like Aquarina, use your weapon to unleash a long-ranged attack…!”
“Can we do it properly though?!” Silvia asked.
“We have to release our Auras as we swing our weapons, although our weapons will never make physical contact with the foe, the Aura released, which carries its physical strength, will do!” Justicio explained.
“W-Woah, you’ve understood all of that on your own?!” Silvia asked. “I thought you were lazier to do that…”
“I might not be motivated all the time but it doesn’t mean I’m dumb, Silvia…!” Justicio sighed. “Anyways, let Khepri guide you! I’m sure she can help you!”
“On it!” Khepri nodded. “Alright Silvia, I’ll infuse myself into your hammer!”
“Woah?!”
FLUOSH!
As the projectiles were seconds from reaching them, Silvia’s Soul Weapon, her Holy Soul Hammer transformed, it had already become slightly mechanical as it was modified by Khepri’s powers.
However, Khepri infused herself into the weapon now, directly!
FLAAASH!
This made the hammer to glow bright gold, its white metals becoming completely gold, as red jewels emerged through it.
Above all, the hammer grew twice as big as before, becoming utterly massive, yet Silvia could still hold it easily, due to her massive physical strength as well.
“{Spiritual Soul Weapon Fusion: Holy Spirit Soul Mechanical Hammer Khepri}!”
Using her Aura and the propulsors on the armor of her legs, Silvia rushed into the skies, the massive hammer swinging towards the air, releasing a massive shockwave.
“Like this?!”
TRUUUM!
The massive shockwave impacted the falling projectiles, making them explode into pieces within a safe range, the Lobsters down below were surprised.
BOOOM!
“Amazing…! She already did it with just telling her a few things…!” Justicio muttered. “Hah, it’s not fair! I’ll let you know I came out with that explanation, Silvia!”
Justicio flew up using his giant insect wings, reaching the skies, his axe glowed brightly, as he noticed the small quantities of Orichalcum that made it reacted to his Insectoid Spirit Armor, a manifesting power from his Physique.
“It’s reacting, so orichalcum is truly a living metal…!” Justicio thought. “Is it because it is the blood of a race of people that come from the stars?”
Even though Orichalcum was made out of their blood cells, if it is old enough, it should have already “died”.
However, through Magical and Spiritual means, it seemed this metal could create specific and different reactions.
Usually Orichalcum would reject all magic and other supernatural energies…
However, when merged in smaller quantities with other magical metals and synthetized correctly, it could gain new effects.
And new, unprecedented effects and powers would emerge, reacting with one another, and even with their user, if there was enough affinity!
Because Justicio had used a form of Lesser Orichalcum synthetized by Aquarina merging small quantities of this metal when it was moldable and hot with mithril and other magical ingredients…
It was as if his axe was reacting to this orichalcum within his physique, within his body!
The small-looking golden and black axe that Aquarina had gifted him changed, as his insectoid armor became liquid.
Most of the armor covering his right arm holding the axe was wrapped around the axe, infusing it with his Insectoid Beast Spirit Aura!
“I see what’s happening!”
It wasn’t just a coincidence or something, the metal of his armor was moving on its own based on his own desires, his own resolve.
Why? Because it was connected to his physique and also to his Beast Aura.
The Insectoid Alchemy Spirit within it, which he had absorbed to gain this power, and even the larva spirit left behind, which appeared above him.
All of it became one with the powerful axe he was holding!
FLUOSH!
Perhaps as a desire to imitate a bit of Khepri’s amazing abilities, the Larva Spirit wanted to show Justicio that he was also special on his own way.
“Amazing!”
With the axe growing to a tremendous size, overflowing with a golden aura, and gaining an insectoid shape, becoming thrice as big as before, with long insect scythe-like blades, and several jewels resembling insect eyes, it was formed.
“Is this… Something like my own Soul Weapon too?!”
Justicio always thought he didn’t have the talent to manifest one, but he didn’t know that Soul Weapons manifest in many forms, shapes, and ways!
Some emerge out of a Soul like Silvia, these are the rarest of them, and the strongest too.
However, there are other forms, such as Soul Weapons manifesting from already existing weapons that the person creates a strong bond with!
“I got this now…!”
He smiled, facing dozens of projectiles at once.
“I’ll show everyone that I’m not some lazy bum!”
“{Orichalcum Soul Weapon Manifestation}: {Insectoid Axe Of Ruin}!”
With all his titanic strength, Justicio roared, swinging the axe upwards, cleaving through the air itself.
SLAAASH!
And then, a massive slicing wave of golden energies impacted dozens of projectiles, making them explode one after another.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
“W-What the hell?!”
Silvia was completely flabbergasted! She glanced the scene in utter disbelief, she could have never expected Justicio to just surpass her right there, right now.
“He’s amazing! That lazy bum, hehe!”
She giggled a bit even amidst the intense battles, she even blushed, admiring how strong and amazing he could be if he truly put his mind into it.
“But I ain’t losing either!”
Her competitive spirit overtook her romantic feelings though, as she quickly began moving through the air, zigzagging as she destroyed the projectiles from a safe distance.
Justicio followed her, as the two continued attacking, ultimately descending towards the barrier where the Tier 7 Lobster Kings were hiding.
And then…!
“RAAAAHHH!”
As they roared together, their Auras converged into an ocean of golden light.
BOOOM!
And both impacted the barrier at the same time, with their powerful Soul Weapons.
Crack, crack…!
CRAAASH!
And in that moment, the barrier shattered into pieces.
