Chapter 1669: Aquarina’s Techniques

—–

Half of the Giant Fire Ant Warrior Soldiers were dead, and the other half quickly charged against Aquarina, unleashing flames from their jaws and trying to burn her to a crisp.

However, Aquarina’s Aura easily protected her from fire, made of water and shadows, she was able to easily resist the deadly element and then retaliate, unleashing her partial Draconification and growing a long, black colored dragon tail.

“Take this!”

She spun in midair and then kicked the air using the [Heavenly Step] Skill, before rushing down and smashing three ants with her long, thick and scaled tail using a special technique skill!

“{Dark Whip Arts}: {Sweeping Dragon Tail}!”

CLAAAASH!

Two of the ants confronting her had their heads flattered into the ground, dying on the spot, the lucky third survived by a hair, leaping towards Aquarina and trying to burn her by surprising her from beneath.

However, Aquarina was more than ready, smiling as she swung her legs down and then kicked the monster’s head, ignoring the flames coursing through her legs and crotch, which didn’t even burn her.

“{Wind-Soaring Kicking Arts}: {Descending Dark Wind Spear}!”

Her two legs were put together, and with her Aura and her descending weight, she pierced through the ant’s entire body, from its head to its abdomen.

CRASH!

As the ant exploded into pieces through such a deadly and intense, brutal attack, the bits covering Aquarina’s body quickly turned into black ashes as her Abyssal Energy consumed them, turning into black fire temporarily.

“Alright! I’m getting the hang of it!” Aquarina smiled. “I have to keep using these weapon techniques each time I fight, each of my movements has to be a technique. Even a kick, or a swipe of my tail, even a headbutt!”

As she thought about that and felt enlightened, Aquarina rushed forward, confronting five more Ants, the last ones remaining guarding the nest.

These Ants, to put into perspective, were incredibly strong, if they were to invade an average human settlement or elven village, they would face great danger, and half a city could easily be set ablaze.

However, in this Oasis, the Ants were suppressed by both the Oasis Spirit’s presence and the Oasis Tribe, who wielded water, their deadliest weakness.

It also helped the people of the Dry Steppes were on average Tier 7 in both Magic Circle and Physique, so they were more than capable of defending from attackers.

The thing is, because they were so far away and didn’t come to fight them, the people hadn’t been able to afford a whole trip around the Oasis’ Jungle just to eliminate them.

Well, none of that mattered now anyway.

Aquarina was here to kick these bugs butts!

“SHYEEEEH!”

The angered ants combined their fiery auras, as Aquarina suddenly was surprised as she charged against them, noticing a giant ant-like apparition made out of their magical aura.

And it was also… rather spiritual too?

“Hm? That’s new!”

As she smiled in disbelief, the gigantic Armored Ant-like Beast Aura surging from the combination of five of these Ants’ Auras, roared mightily, rushing towards Aquarina and trying to bite her.

Its massive, phantasmal and infernal mandibles constantly crushed the ground, leaving large holes through the scorched land.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

RUMBLE!

Aquarina jumped around, evading the destructive and fiery attacks, each blow into the ground spread cracks and melted the stone.

“Ohoo! That’s pretty strong! You guys got Beast Auras too?! Amazing!”

Aquarina leaped into the skies, her Aura growing larger and larger, until she channeled the complete purity of her Water Aura.

“Alright, let’s show off too then, Leviathan!”

“Raaaarrr!”

Leviathan roared mightily, fusing into her Aura as he suddenly grew to a gigantic size, becoming the living image of his parent, the original Leviathan, a massive Water Dragon that served the previous Demon King.

Using her Spiritual Aura Powers combined into this, she transformed Leviathan from his already big form, into an utter titan!

“{Spiritual Aura Embodiment}: {True Sea Dragon King: Leviathan}”

“ROOOAAARRR!”

The massive titanic drago rushed down, clashing against the gigantic Beast Aura Armored Infernal Ant, the two titans made of water and fire clashed, releasing explosions of steam everywhere.

BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!

However, Leviathan was superior in every way, his aquatic and icy aura easily overpowered the flames of the ants, rapidly consuming their Pseudo Beast Aura and then.

SPLAAAASH!

Using his entire body as a gigantic downpour, he completely crushed the ants and flattened them into the ground through the sheer and immense pressure of the water.

“And done! Agua! Let’s hurry before it’s too late…?”

As Aquarina descended from the skies to meet her friends, she noticed they were glancing at the scene in utter awe, their jaws almost dropping to the ground.

“A-Aquarina! What the hell was that? It was awesome!” Silvia said.

“T-That level of magic power… It was insane…” Justicio muttered.

“Oh wow…” Agua said.

“Um, haha, thanks? I was just combining Skills and Spells to see what I could get from that, I guess it was a devastating attack, huh?” Aquarina wondered. “Anyway! Don’t distract yourselves too much, the ants will start coming out soon, so Agua, let’s hurry and get this over with!”

“A-Ah, yes!” Agua nodded.

With Agua by her side and her friends behind, Aquarina reached the nest’s open area and as she heard the ants rapidly approaching to fight back, Agua turned her two arms into Aqua Arms, and then combined them into a gigantic downpour of cold water.

She infused her Ice Attribute Spells, releasing constantly freezing water inside the nest as she spent her Mana by stretching her Aqua Arms and pouring as much water as possible.

“Nnngghh! T-There!”

SPLAAASH!

The interior of the spire and even the underground levels were completely drowned, the fiery ants, which subsided with their heat, once exposed to super cold water, died of shock, while those tough enough to survive, were quickly frozen and died anyway.

“A-Amazing Agua, you’re doing it like Aquarina did it?!” Silvia gasped.

“She’s good!” Justicio nodded.

“I think I killed a lot of them already but… Ahh! There’s a big one coming, and a few bigger ones! They’re just piercing through anything!”

RUMBLE!

The ground shattered and the spire exploded into pieces, as a massive Giant Fire Ant Queen emerged, accompanied by twenty more Warrior Soldiers.

They were cold and weakened, but willing to fight anyway!

“Alright, let’s wrap this up!” Aquarina cracked her knuckles.
