Chapter 993: Napping Peacefully

Half an hour went by, and Xu Feng had been napping at the back of the car.

He was extremely comfortable with not needing to watch the road or anything.

"Is this your first time here?" One of the men in the group couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow.

"Yep, it’s my first time." Xu Feng nodded and readily admitted it.

With Xu Feng’s admittance, the crowd began to relax their tension and explained the situation.

"The exclusive lot is not just a place to park our car. But it’s also an opportunity for us to meet with the judges and interact with others to build a social network."

After some more explanation, Xu Feng came to an understanding that a door would be descending later on for them to board.

"Thanks for the information. I’ll take a nap then," he gave his heartfelt thanks and returned to his vehicle to take a nap further.

When the rest saw his behavior, they were startled and baffled by it.

"He’s really going to wait in the car?" Ren Ding, the man who chatted with Xu Feng first twitched his mouth in disbelief.

"Probably. We didn’t explain in-depth, but I thought he should know that it’s only proper for us juniors to wait for the seniors outside." Another man called Shao Chen shook his head and said.

They were all around the same age, and being at the top social circle, such protocol and formalities should have long been taught to them since young.

However, Hua Lian suddenly turned around and glanced at the vehicle.

"Should we call him over? Once he misses the platform, it’ll be bad for him." She suggested.

"It’s his own fault for taking a nap." Shao Chen rolled his eyes and proceeded to enter the platform.

Ren Ding didn’t say much, but his actions already showed his stance. He followed Shao Chen to the platform. There was a timer counting down, and missing the platform would mean one could only forget about meeting with the seniors.

When Hua Lian saw her two companions entering the platform, she gave one final glance at the vehicle before shaking her head and joining them.

A few seconds later, the platform’s steel bars raised up to prevent any accident and began ascending.

Meanwhile, Xu Feng was still napping peacefully at the back of his vehicle.
