“Hohoho. You have nothing to worry about, my dear Hani.” Ancient Gartod laughed with great satisfaction as the final bit of the trapped Ancient’s soul entered his body.
A brilliant explosion of fireworks seemed to fill his entire soul as Ancient Gartod broke the captured soul into pieces and allowed it to nurture his own.
The power of the soul would always be strongest if it was near its body. The fact that the enemy Ancient dared to travel so far away from his body to attack Ancient Gartod in his battlecruiser was evidence of how powerful and how confident he was of defeating Ancient Gartod.
And during his brief fight with the enemy, Ancient Gartod knew for a fact that he was completely outclassed by his enemy as well.
He had immediately recognized the fact that he would be defeated within a few short minutes, and was preparing to self-destruct to bring his enemy with him.
And because of that, the enemy’s Ancient soul had weakened considerably, to the extent that it was extremely easy for Ancient Gartod to consume him!
He stood up and sighed with pleasure.
Consuming such a powerful soul left him feeling slightly bloated and full. He needed to take a walk and keep himself busy.
“Turn on full stealth mode. I will go and look for the boy at his last known coordinates. I’ll bring back some hostages if I can. Make sure you don’t get discovered by the other Hegemons and Ancients that must have reached this planet as well by now.” Ancient Gartod ordered his aide.
“Understood.” His aide bowed deeply.
“Hani, come with me. Let’s go hunting. I will give you our choicest pickings this time.” Ancient Gartod said to Hegemon Hani Lin with a wide smile.
“Hehehe. I’ve been waiting for you to say that.” Hegemon Hani Lin smiled back and together, they disappeared with a little spatial shimmer.
The hunt for Elliot Musk had begun!

“So I guess Purgatory Fire Energy is no longer applicable. It’s definitely not just fire energy anymore, and if fire isn’t the main element, then what kind of weak ass purgatory would it be? I need a new and cool sounding name…” Elliot muttered to himself within his dark and quiet underground chamber.
He slowly circulated the vast and cosmic energy within his body.
After he had completed absorbing his Life Seeds, deconstructed Living Armor and all of the Dragon Blood, he had this tingling feeling that he needed to go out into space and roam the universe.
It came from the deepest portions of his soul, and he suspected that it was the dragon blood that had sharpened the draconic portions of his being, and thus creating within him instincts that could originally only be found in dragons.
And not just instincts. He had also started to look at the world differently.
The desires of men could be roughly categorized into three. Wealth, Women and Power.
It held true for dragons as well.
However, the sheer might of dragons had caused them to have a vastly different scale of such things compared to men.
Gone were his interest in the little, petty squabbles of men over mere baubles such as gold, cities, weak little human girls or even the cute little toys that human beings call missiles that could go boom very cutely.
His ambition had soared high into the deepest reaches of space, and the thought that had driven him to think about dominating the universe, had now bloomed and become the reigning driving force in his soul.
If before he saw dominating the universe as a distant goal, much, much too far to seriously think about, he now saw it as something he needed to do… urgently.
His ambition now encompassed the entire known universe… and beyond!
He was becoming more and more draconic as the days went by!
In fact, upon studying his body and his soul, Elliot found that there was very little left that was human within him.
True his body was still human in shape. But he had grown tremendously these past two weeks, and he had reached an incredible 2.1 meters.
He would look totally like he belonged if he sneaked into an NBA photoshoot!
Additionally, his human body was only a mere stopping point at that moment, a hub for all his various transformations.
The single drop of Dragon Blood Essences he received wasn’t enough to trigger a full body transformation within him.
He could only transform half his body into each of the different dragon types. And he could only transform into one type at a time. He could not transform into two dragon types at the same time.
“It would have been cool to be able to wield lightning in one hand and wind on the other.” Elliot had thought.
But it was impossible. He had tried, of course, but as soon as the second transformation appeared, the first would immediately recede.
He had no idea why.
And so he had to be satisfied with being able to wield all of the six dragon type energies, but only one at a time.
Plus, he needed to revert to his human body to reset first, before he could transform into a different type.
As mentioned before, his human body was like a hub. An interchange, if you will, for all his powerful transformations. His energies had to disengage from each powerful transformation, reset and then re-engage into a different transformation.
Still, he could feel an enormous potential within his dragon energies that he couldn’t tap into.
It was like he was granted a massive bank account with two types of account within it. He had access to the savings account with a million dollars in it, but he had no access to the deposit account which had a billion dollars in it.
It was both exhilarating and frustrating at the same time!
