Chapter 1011 - 1011: Now You Have To Pay For The Price Of Your Stupidity [Part 1]“Can they really be trusted?” Douglas asked Thirteen after they received the message from Princess Aracelle, asking them to work together with the Jinns to eliminate the Azothralls.
“We can trust her,” Thirteen replied. “As for the other Jinns, we’ll only know once we meet them.”
After hearing the news of what happened in the Aldebaran Continent, Douglas Griffin, Trevor Remington, and Wendell Elrod knew that the balance of power had now tilted in favor of the Leventis Family.
This also elevated Zion’s popularity and value in the alliance. His every word already held great weight, even more so now that both of his grandparents were Monarchs.
Given the importance of this discussion, Thirteen decided to bring Douglas, Tristan, and Hans with him to his meetup with the Jinns.
Trevor and Wendell would remain in Casimir City as its protectors while they were away.
“Are you sure only the four of you will go meet them?” Trevor asked.
“Even if we bring more, it will not make a difference,” Thirteen replied. “In fact, bringing more will just hinder our escape if the discussion goes south.”
“I see.” Trevor nodded in agreement because the teenage boy was right. “You’re very brave, Zion. I’m sure you’re at the top of their kill list right now, yet you still dare to meet them.”
“Our side needs to show our sincerity,” Thirteen stated. “Since they personally asked me to come, I have no choice but to come.”
It was not like Thirteen could tell the Monarch that Princess Aracelle was his secret lover, and the Prince of the Skavari Race was his subordinate.
The Church of Destruction had also laid out the groundwork for future meetings, and at that time, he would meet them as the leader of the organization who planned to make a world where humans and Jinns could live side by side.
“We’ll leave in three hours,” Tristan said. “Finish everything that you need to do by then.”
Thirteen and Douglas nodded before going their separate ways.
By the time he was back to his room, he found Erica, Sherry, and Shana were already inside, waiting for him.
“When will you leave?” Erica asked.
“Three hours from now,” Thirteen replied. “Unfortunately, I can’t take the three of you with me. I’ll be traveling with the Field Marshal, Douglas Griffin, and Hans. So wait for me here, and don’t go anywhere.”
“Understood.” Erica nodded.
“Zion, I feel uneasy for some reason,” Shana said as she hugged her lover. “Make sure to bring Rocky and the others. Although I believe that Princess Aracelle will not hurt you, the other Jinns might.”
“I know.” Thirteen lightly patted the Saintess’ back, as if to assure her he would do everything in his power to stay safe. “Don’t worry. At the first sign of trouble, I’ll take your father and the rest with me to flee.”
“My father is also your father, silly,” Shana replied, cupping Zion’s face. “Please, both of you, come back safely for me. Promise me.”
“I promise.” Thirteen smiled. “I’ll keep your father safe.”
Knowing that Shana would still feel anxious even with his promise, he kissed her lips in order to calm her down.
He then reluctantly pulled back and hugged Sherry, who also told him to be careful in his journey.
Thirteen was the mastermind behind this temporary truce between the Wanderers and the Jinns, so he needed to be there in person to ensure that Tristan and Douglas wouldn’t say anything that would make things spiral out of control.
This was a critical period, so this discussion must push through no matter what.
As long as they were able to eliminate the Azothralls, the major problem would also be dealt with.
Three hours later, Thirteen, Tristan, Douglas, and Hans traveled together on the Field Marshal’s giant flying manta ray.
The meeting place was one of the cities that once served as the first line of defense against the Jinn Invasion.
It took them an entire day to reach their destination, and they were escorted by flying Jinns halfway through their journey.
“So you are Zion Leventis,” Princess Xynalia lowered her head a bit to take a better look at the Supreme Strategist of the Alliance. “You’re not as handsome as your brother, Mikhail.”
The princess then shook her head in disappointment, making Princess Aracelle have the strong urge to give her a slap.
Unaware of what the beautiful princess was thinking, Princess Xynalia then patted Thirteen’s head with a cheeky smile on her face.
“Guys like you often only last for one round and are quick to find release,” Princess Xynalia stated. “Truly disappointing. I expected more from the person that the Jinn Coalition wished to kill the most.”
Beads of sweat formed on Princess Laventia’s forehead as she dragged her sister away from the teenage boy, who had skinned Prince Zorren alive just because he tried to kidnap his fiancée.
“P-Please don’t take offense, Zion,” Princess Laventia stuttered. “My sister is just a very straightforward person. Don’t take her words seriously.”
“Okay.” Thirteen nodded.
Frankly, he didn’t really care what the Succubus Princess thought.
Although he believed that his techniques in lovemaking were lacking, his lovers were very supportive and even encouraged him to try new things, spicing up their nightlife.
‘Wait, these succubi might know a thing or two,’ Thirteen thought as he gave Princess Xynalia a second look. ‘I’ll go ask them for tips later after I’m done with the meeting.’
When Princess Laventia saw Zion looking at her sister, she subconsciously shuddered. She couldn’t help but overthink that the teenage boy had already marked Princess Xynalia to be skinned alive.
‘I’d better ask her to apologize to him later!’ Princess Laventia’s face paled a bit as that horrifying sight of the Skavari Prince being skinned repeatedly was still fresh in her mind.
The last thing that she wanted to happen was for her sister to offend Zion and suffer his revenge.
“We meet again, human,” Prince Zepharion said, standing with his arms crossed as he looked down on the teenage boy who had defeated him in the Planar Mountain Range.
“Greetings.” Thirteen extended his hand for a handshake. “I hope we can temporarily set aside our differences for the bigger picture.”
Prince Zepharion looked at the hand that was extended to him before extending his own to shake Zion’s hand.
He then increased the strength of his grip, making Zion wince.
“Tell me one good reason why I shouldn’t kill you now while I have the chance?” Prince Zepharion asked with a sneer.
Princess Aracelle and Prince Zorren were about to make their move when Prince Valen and General Varrak blocked their path.
The two men made sure that no one interrupted this confrontation between the Prince of the Garuda Empire and the teenage boy, who was gazing at the Prince with a calm expression, even though one of his hands was about to be broken.
