Chapter 903 - 901-Hidden Betrayl?

The truth behind the past deaths of the friends of Eleanara and Silva is quite sad yet truthful, there wasn't much revenge to be taken on that front and that sight of Eleanara and Silva, to them was sort of an accident that had happened due to the drive of Eleanara to quickly change the world, a mistake from the hands of a very powerfully driven youngster one can say.

A mistake that went on to define the entire future of Eleanara, changing her into something that had shifted her from her path and there is a certain secret behind it that she doesn't know about too, the fact here is that the rest of their friends had headed down to a secret realm, a secret realm found by Eleanara herself.

The secret realm in question is one that was seemingly from the ancient past and connected to a forgotten history of the dwarven lineage, it was a rare chance to peer into the great past where everything was a whole another level, there was a lot of excitement that day, the whole peers gathered together, thriving with excitement of jumping into that past.

This was their chance to make a change. By getting into such a past, they might be able to reveal several hidden secrets or perhaps even several hidden treasures that have yet to grace the past. The timeline for ancient times is something always desired by all. Those secrets where ancients grew and fought were something else.

There is always the popular belief that the technology the ancients wielded was something else. Because of this, many dwarves seem to just glimpse into that past, which is why this was the opportunity for Eleanara and her friends to learn something that might be able to change the world.

All of them believed such a thing would be of great effect to their goals, the excitement was sky high, and all of them were thriving with a certain spark on perhaps taking the first step that would change the world but there was a slight problem that day, something happened that changed everything.

There was a certain day that the realm would open up, a certain situation arising to cover it, in the actuality of it all, secret realms like this will take time to open and they would only open at certain moments of time, and missing that meant perhaps losing this realm or never even being able to get it again.

The plan was all set but a delay was caused in its opening. Pushing the date back a single day and it was at this time a call came from the family of Eleanara, she was requested to come back that single moment, the thing was that her father had fallen gravely ill during one of his crises and perhaps he would not make it.

The last wish of Eleanara's father was to see his own daughter, such a situation brought a clutch into the whole plans, now Eleanara couldn't go but if she left she would never be able to enter the realm, missing it and all of her friends along with her took the path where they were meant to go.

It also came with the burden of them of wanting to enter the place without her, she was their leader, the one who even did this, thus they had no desire to go anywhere without her, especially to such a magical place that would hold more secret than they can dream of.

But Eleanara didn't want to she would perhaps miss it but in no way did she want to have her friends miss it too, this was a once in a lifetime opportunity and she didn't want her friend not to take it just because she couldn't, so with a lot of resolves and talking she finally got her friends to take the high road and enter the place without her.

Though on Eleanara's journey back Silva took the responsibility to go with her, she being needed as the support and even Silva played a great role in forcing all of their friends to enter the realm and after a much-needed debate the arrangement was made as Eleanara and Silva set out to meet her father, while the rest planned to enter the realm.

That is when disaster struck, realm like this holds their own certain anger, but it's more of a historic approach, realms that kill with knowledge are exceedingly rare and even then Eleanara had to make sure to apply several life-saving treasures and gifts to her friends, making sure they will be alright but things don't always go according to plan.

Eleanara and Silva reached her family home, to only be later met with her father who was improving, somehow surviving the whole ordeal but later into the day, sometime later when Eleanara had calculated that her friends had entered the realm, the beads connected to her, which showed the lifeforce of her friends started to slowly break one by one.

Each time a bead broke, a part of Eleanara's heart broke with it until finally it showed that all of her friends were dead, a stinging sickness and despair filled the heart of all that day, for her friends had died at her hands, she had pushed them into a realm they didn't want to go without her, she had found the realm and it had killed her friends, taking them away from her.

There was nothing else to be spoken, it was Eleanara herself that had driven the knife that took her friends and from that day onward, the true sinning woman named Eleanara died, leaving behind a shell of the woman she truly was.

There was nothing that could have been done until now that is.....

My eyes gleamed a bit as I saw the fire in the eyes of Eleanara, her gaze seemingly holding a burning flame as she spoke.

"What do you mean by revenge?"

She asked to which I leaned back against the chair, a certain stifling pressure all around as I spoke.

"Think about it, doesn't it all seem very accidental? The sheer fact of you finding the realm that kills your friends and you not being there because your father fell sick?"

My word hinted at something, of course, Eleanara and Silva had considered something like that before, yet there was no sign of foul play, everything looked natural, everything looked like fate had played its cruel hands on them, thus the words of mine had nothing credible to them, so I held their gaze on me as I spoke.

"You weren't there inside the realm as a whole, thus you don't know the whole truth, your friends they didn't die because the realm was hard, they died because they weren't the only ones inside of it"

My words hinted at a certain path that seemed to open up in bad ways, I could feel the tension in the room as I spoke.

"You must have at least realized that you are not the one to discover a secret realm like that, there might have been others that caught on, and they might have also wanted in to the realm with your friends"

My words made the expression of Eleanara twist, she did not easily fall for it as she spoke.

"My friends may have been in, but they weren't dumb enough to let anyone go in there with them"

"What if it was someone they knew?"

My words made the eyes of Eleanara widen, and she seemingly shook her head as she spoke.

"I checked the whole place, used very mean in my disposal and I could not find any sort of proof for someone that existed there with my friends, they were seemingly alone"

Eleanara's words had a certain pressure to them as I nodded her head at those words of hers, but I could still see the spark of confusion in her, something wasn't making much sense to her and I was going to pull at that, though for a moment my eyes went towards Silva, a certain shaking into the pupils of her meant that she had come to understand something deeper than Eleanara ever did.

And as our eyes met I could see that she knew where I was going to go, thus maintaining the tension in the room I spoke.

"It isn't very hard to think, why don't you trace back to someone that's seemingly growing in power and prestige sometime after that incident in the realm"

Eleanara wasn't having it as she asked.

"Why don't you just tell me then?"

I shook my head at her words as I replied.

"Then you won't accept everything as it is"

At my reply, closing her eyes Eleanara quickly started to go through the memories in her and then my gaze finally caught onto Silva's, the tense expression on her face meant that she finally understood the truth she was pushing back all her life, for her involvement in the death of her friend has a lot more to it than she could ever hope to fully embrace.
