Seo Ho-Jin was arrested and charged with the grave crime of attempted murder. Given that his actions nearly resulted in multiple casualties, he would undoubtedly lose his career and perhaps everything he had accomplished so far if the legal procedure went without a hitch. Personally, Davey didn’t like the fact that he would still be alive. Deep down, he wished something would happen to Seo Ho-Jin.

But Davey also knew that Seo Ho-Jin was undeniably clever. Instead of creating a scene that could turn public sentiment against him, he opted to step down, trusting in his own power and influence. He still had significant influence within the country, and whether it was intentional or not, he was making moves reminiscent of the past military regime.

Because of this, he still had more followers than the president, and he continued to vehemently proclaim his innocence every day, even in the midst of the mess.

Meanwhile, Davey was taking things easy in Korea, not entirely concerned with the political turmoil.

"I say this again, but I want that person to go on a rampage again," Davey said loudly.

“Master Davey, Rinne has a question. Rinne assessed that she could have subdued him and made him vanish without a trace.”

"Uh-huh.”

"Rinne wants to know why you didn’t let her do so.”

"Well, the thing about that is… Korea is a democratic nation, not monarchical. It’s also a place where the internet is developed,” Davey explained.

But Rinne tilted her head, seemingly confused.

"It’s simple. I showed him mercy instead of killing him," Davey concluded with a smile.

Seeing his smile, Rinne nodded. "According to Master Davey’s personality and Rinne’s big database, Rinne believes that there is a high probability that Master Davey would either have gotten rid of the target’s hair or killed the target in this situation.”

"Is that so? Do you think I just kept him alive for no reason?” Davey asked.

Rinne then narrowed her eyes.

"Rinne assesses no changes from Master Davey. Rinne believes this situation is distinctly different from the case with Yoon Tae-Gang.”

"Because there was enough public opinion. We just have to wait for him to… take a drastic measure,” Davey finished.

At the sight of Davey’s grin, Rinne nodded, completely understanding the unspoken implications.

"You’ve made quite the mess in such a short period of time," Hyun-Ah said to Davey, her face marred with concern.

He had reconnected with Hyun-Ah to stay at her place for a while after dealing with Meses and retrieving the items he dropped. But it wasn’t just the two of them. Oxygen and Hydro, the pair of siblings whom Davey had rescued from the Illuminati in Tionis, and Grape-Flavored Cat Tower and Maga, the ones Davey had signed a slave contract with, were there as well.

They all seemed quite confused to see Davey. Given the fact that Oxygen and Hydro had already seen how Davey fought, they seemed more surprised by his closeness to Hyun-Ah than anything else.

As for the president, he had hoped to gain political leverage by hosting Davey as a state guest, but with Seo Ho-Jin’s arrest and the subsequent issues, he likely realized his greed could backfire, and so he stepped back.

Meanwhile, Hyun-Ah seemed particularly stressed due to her company being audited because of Seo Ho-Jin.

Davey noticed her exhaustion and asked, “Did you not get enough sleep? You don’t look too good.”

"Well, it’s because of somebody," she replied.

"Seems like you haven’t been getting proper nutrients as well,” Davey commented. He then handed her a small bottle he retrieved from his Pocket Plane.

“What is this? Ugh! What’s this smell?” Hyun-Ah asked, wrinkling her nose at the musty scent. She then peered at the white, sticky liquid inside. “Isn’t this cu…”

Just before she could finish, Davey gave her a strong flick on the forehead and said, “Stop with the nonsense. I collected this by picking the head off a peculiar-looking moth and extracting its bodily fluids during a recent trip. I know an expert on bizarre substances. She used it to create something interesting."

Yuria Helishana was known for her fascination with bizarre foods with a pleasant taste and health benefits. This concoction definitely fell under the latter category, as it was miles away from tasting good. However, its health benefits were undeniable, far more effective than any fatigue reliever sold at temples.

"Drink up. I’ll guarantee you the effects,” Davey said.

“Ugh… I don't want to drink this... What on earth is it made of?”

“Well, she pulled the head off a moth this big and purified the extracted body fluid…”

"Ahhh! I'm not going to drink it!" Hyun-Ah exclaimed, throwing the potion bottle away in disgust.

Davey caught the bottle with telekinesis just before it smashed against the wall.

“I can’t believe you tried to break this precious thing. Are you out of your mind?”

“How on earth could you drink that?!”

"I didn’t know pigs these days complained about what they ate.”

"P-pig?! You have quite the attitude for a toad yourself!”

Amid the chaos, Maga—real name Han Yu-Na—slowly raised her hand after watching the scene in silence. With a voice that was filled with curiosity and disbelief, she then asked, “I’m sorry to interrupt, but the talks circulating on the Internet, are they all true?”

Her question was pertaining to Davey’s existence.

“That the world Tionis is real… And that you’re a real person…”

"Yes. I crossed dimensions and came here through Alf Online,” Davey answered.

"Then..."

As the realization dawned upon them, Grape-Flavored Cat Tower and Han Yuna fell silent.

Davey didn’t act nor think like the high-ranking NPCs from Alf Online.

Cat Tower and Maga seemed to finally put the pieces together and understand the entire situation.

"Wow, I can’t believe it…”

"Then you must’ve destroyed… Alf Online..."

“That’s not me.”

"Yes?" Han Yuna and Grape-Flavored Cat Tower looked puzzled at his denial. “But the video showed…”

“Think again,” Davey urged while removing the currents swirling around them with a flick of divine power.

The reason humans on Earth accepted Davey as the destroyer of Alf Online without a doubt was because the video did show Alf Online getting demolished after he fought with Eclipse. But none of the videos circulating online actually showed Davey causing the destruction. In other words, it seemed someone had cleverly made parts of the video viral so that he would be portrayed as the destroyer.

"You guys said you got this information on the internet, right?” Davey asked.

"It feels a bit odd to hear those words from you, but yes,” Oxygen answered.

"We heard that you destroyed Alf Online. Ji-Hwan and I did think it was a bit odd,” Cat Tower

"That’s the illusion the digital media people want you to believe in.”

Davey suspected that the Abyss or the Malicious Spirits were probably behind this. They probably knew a direct confrontation would be costly, so they tried to play some silly game instead.

"But now something feels strange," Cat Tower admitted.

"Well that’s because the illusion is undone now. Oh Grape, there’s something I want to tell you,” Davey said.

"Ah... I go by Kim Seok-Hyun here.”

“Alright, Grapes,” Davey replied with a smile.

Hearing Davey call him Grapes instead of his real name, Cat Tower frowned.

“If you could, please call me sweet green grapes.”

“Shut that mouth of yours, Grapes.”

Davey then put his hands together and acted like he was chewing on something.

“You haven’t changed a bit,” Cat Tower grumbled.

"Ah, savior, can you give me some too?" Oxygen chimed in, eyeing the potion bottle Davey was holding.

Davey handed it to her, saying, "Since I have plenty."

"Thank you," Oxygen replied as she cautiously opened the cap.

"Ji… Ji-Ah! You’re… You’re really going to drink it?" Cat Tower exclaimed.

"I trust the items that our savior made. And I've been having some insomnia for a while,” Oxygen reasoned.

"Oh, then drink! Since you have insomnia, drink up!" Han Yu-Na urged.

Seeing her enthusiasm, Oxygen and Grape-flavored Cat Tower shook their heads.

Pinching her nose, Oxygen finally took a sip and swallowed. Her expression then softened almost immediately.

"Ha... It’s amazing, just as I expected,” she remarked, seemingly surprised at how effective the potion was as she handed the bottle back to Davey.

"How do you feel?” Davey asked.

"Amazing. My fatigue completely disappeared," she answered.

Her answer led Hyun-Ah and Han Yu-Na to contemplate.

"You don’t have to drink it if you don’t want to,” Davey said dismissively.

"Davey, what are you going to do now? Are you going to stay here forever?" Hyun-Ah asked.

"As this place is important for Tionis as well, I’m going to settle down here in this country for a while.”

"If you’re going to stay here, you can stay at my house,” she offered.

"No, there are things I need to bring from Tionis. Besides, if we want to use this place as an outpost, we need to bring supplies," David replied as he got up from his seat. Then he further said, “Look at you, pig! It seems like things will be alright.”

"Calling me a pig again?!"

"I’ll go back to Tionis for a bit.”

“Can we go too?" Oxygen asked eagerly.

"Do you really have to come along?” Davey replied.

"I was wondering if we could bring some stuff from there.”

Since Alf Online disappeared, Oxygen’s and Hydro’s avatars were applied to them, but they were unable to retrieve their items. But if they had left items in Heins Territory, it’d be more than possible to bring them to Earth.

Davey nodded as he was fascinated by his train of thought.

A little later, he called Kain to Hyun-Ah’s yard to talk to him. But to his surprise, Kain didn’t come alone. He had someone with him—a Valkyire in fluttering clothes that radiated with pure white light.

"I'm back. And this is the Valkyrie kin I told you about," Kain introduced.

Davey turned to see a girl with a sullen expression gazing up at him. The girl didn’t say anything and remained quiet.

And because he wasn't feeling particularly interested either, Davey simply leaned in and said to Kain, "Is her expression always like that?"

"I can hear everything," she replied in a frosty tone.

Davey wasn’t surprised by her response, as he had intentionally spoken loudly to make her hear him.

“I’m Davey O’Rowane. You?”

“She is merely a Valkyrie who serves the god. She has no name,” Kain answered instead. He then continued to explain. “Her identified entity name is Frelia. It turned out that my people suffered more than I thought. They were working secretly on Earth, and many were sacrificed in the fight against the Malicious Spirits and the Illuminati.”

"Kain, don’t say things you don’t have to," Davey cautioned.

Then Kain retorted, "Is there a need to have such an attitude toward an important helper who will be on the same boat as us in the future?”

“It’s just funny that we, the messengers and warriors of the god, have to borrow a helping hand from humans,” Frelia remarked coldly.

Davey just ignored her dismissive comments and said, "Someone’s got an attitude.”

"I can hear everything," she reiterated.

“I was talking to myself. Anyway, I’m going to Tionis. I can’t live here with a tent, so I need a boat that I can stay in for a long period of time," Davey explained.

He figured that his activities would not be limited to Korea only. But since he couldn’t rely on planes during his time on Earth, he needed to find a more permanent solution.

“Hmm… It’d be difficult for me alone, but Frelia here has considerable knowledge and skills when it comes to dimensional travel. She will be able to harness the power of Neltarid contained within the Dimensional Key you possess,” Kain suggested.

Kain’s suggestion caused Frelia to shoot Davey a look of displeasure. "I don’t like you.”

“I can’t quite hear what this chicken wing is saying. But I don’t think one needs to talk to travel through dimensions,” Davey quipped back.

Her eyes twitched at his sarcasm. She then retorted sharply, "Human, do you want to die?"

“Valkyrie, do you want to get killed?” Davey challenged her back, meeting her gaze squarely.

“I don’t like you.”

“If you didn’t have the ability, I would’ve already pulled out your tongue or planted the sun on your head," Davey said, hinting at the severe actions he might take.

When Davey performed his specialty, which was hair root removal, he didn’t care if the target was a man or woman.

“...”

As Davey gestured, everyone who had been watching his standoff with Frelia quickly gathered on top of the magic circle. Rinne, Kain, Frelia, and everyone else from Earth except Hyun-Ah stood on the circle.

“I’ll be away for a few days. If you run into any problems, use this in the meantime,” Davey said while handing over an item he had retrieved from his Pocket Plane—an enchanted scroll with an emblem.

“Is it a talisman?” Hyun-Ah asked.

“It's a magic scroll that will shred the soul of anyone who hurts you,” Davey explained.

“I guess I have to hope that I don’t have to use it.”

After ensuring Hyun-Ah had some way to protect herself, Davey turned to Frelia, gave her a playful kick, and said, “What are you doing, chicken? Open the door already.”

“Damn you, human!” Frelia grumbled with furrowed brows as she swept back her long blonde hair. Then as she held back her irritation, she tapped her wing-decorated staff on the ground.

Vwoom!

As she channeled her power, Davey used his Dimensional Key to amplify her energy. Although he could move a couple of people using it, a Valkyrie’s power was crucial for traversing great distances with multiple people.

Zap, zap…

Shortly after, the white light from the magic circle began to pulsate. Cat Tower and Maga looked around curiously, then back at Davey, as the surroundings shifted dramatically. They were heading to the outskirts of Heins Territory—an uninhabited land Davey used for research.

They passed through dimensions in an instant. Earth’s dimension wall was normally extremely thick, but it seemed like it had thinned considerably due to the recent turn of events.

When the light faded, everyone opened their eyes. But the first thing they saw in Tionis was something astonishing.

"Oh my goodness… What is that?"

"Was… Was that thing here before?”

Before them was a colossal structure that was hundreds of meters long. It was something Davey had been working on for a long time with Edison, who was the technical advisor; Aeonitia, one of the six beauties of the continent; and Tiara, a genius technical talent. It seemed like the masterpiece was finally done.

Davey had scoured materials all over the Yurgina Continent and even went to the Demon World to reclaim their authority.

This was the epitome of his so-called hobby.

Indeed, successful enthusiasts operated on a scale that was beyond most people's imagination.
