Chapter 1465 A Great Storm
A heavy silence held this space in its grip as no one could comprehend what was happening here. The light of the endless dimensions hanging over the ocean grew dim as the two eyes of darkness began to expand, seemingly seeking to devour all of existence.
As one, the gaze of the Eldarah and all their retinue turned to Seed, expecting answers. What they saw left them stunned. Seed was grinning, and it was so exaggerated that all of his teeth were displayed, the edge of his lips nearly touching his ears.
Elura’s thoughts entered the domain of Seed, and she wanted to speak but all she could hear from her fathers were roars,
“Glorious…. Glorious…. Glorious….
After waiting for a while for him to acknowledge his presence, Elura became impatient, and she barged into his thoughts, in the background she could feel the minds of the Eldarah and other Old Ones in the Land of Miracle trying to intrude into the mental space of Seed, but he effortlessly held them all back, and it was in moments like these that Elura was always reminded how stupidly powerful her father was, and despite all her great strength, there was something about Seed that was simply… unfathomable, and she suspected that it was because the touch of Primordial Life was deeper on the body of Seed than any other Eldar that she knew, including her and Romion.
She knew of no other Old Ones who were created directly from a Primordial’s body, as Old Ones at the beginning of time were born from the Essence left behind by Primordials after they had exerted themselves during the making of reality.
Soon, in the highest heavens above, darkness was all there was as the two great eyes finally swallowed all the light, Elura snapped and pushed her thoughts into Seed’s own, interrupting any “Father, do you have any idea of what is happening here, how is he doing this?”
“No, I don’t child, I have no fucking clue. This is not the power of a Breaker, this is something else. I was expecting… something, but nothing like this, your son is-is magnificent Elura and I was right to push him to the limit, how else could something like this be revealed”
Elura frowned, her thoughts in disarray, Seed was extremely powerful and that made him careless, if Rowa-Romion…. Elura’s thought stalled, and her eyes widened when she noticed the interruptions in her thoughts, the realization that her mind was being subtly interfered with made her eyes widen in shock,
“You finally noticed,” the amused voice of Seed entered her head, “Now, what sort of Will would be able to affect an Old One when its present state is at the fifth-dimensional level?”
Elura whispered, “I don’t know, either he has access to Will at the eight dimensional level despite being at the fifth dimension, which should be impossible, or… I have no other idea” the shock in her heart began to transform into something else, and Elura began to question if she knew the man that she called her son.
Seed shook his head as he smiled, “Now you begin to understand what it feels like to meet your son, but I will tell you a secret about him, one that I discovered by chance because he was still extremely weak at that time and he did not know the significance. When I met Romion he was still a third dimensional being, and he was not able to control the Aura Emanations from his body until I taught him how to do so.”
Elura looked at her father, a glint in her green eyes flashing with anger, at the admission that her father had placed a stumbling block on her path to understanding her son, if she had been able to reach him during that moment of weakness, what she would have harvested from his mind would have ensured she was never surprised again by his actions,
“Why,” she growled, fury in her words,
“You know the reason, child, your appetite is one that seeks to consume, and you would never have allowed him to become all he could be without your touch corrupting his path, no, I will have him pure, I will have him become… this!”
“You-you….” Elura sputtered in shock,
“Enough of the theatrics child, you know you already lost the race when I was the first one to find him, of course I will make sure he could not be influenced before he stands on his feet.”
Elura remained in silence for a while before she spoke, “What is the secret about him you wanted to tell me?”
Seed smile slowly left his face as the memory of that moment returned, he spoke nearly in a monotonous fashion, “I met your son when he was a third dimensional entity, and at that time he had a Will.”
“He had a what?! Then you knew he was able to access the higher dimensions even when he had not touched them.”
Seed shook his head, “No, nothing like that, he had a Will, but it was a third-dimensional Will.”
Elura blinked as she went silent, “Oh….” This was all she could say.
Without the foundations of the Streams of Time, a Will could not be built, how was he able to…
A loud sound like the toll of a bell echoed, interrupted her thoughts, and screams erupted from the lower dimensional immortals that were at and below the sixth-dimensional level, even those at the seventh went pale, in that instant, if not for the protection of the Old Ones here, every lower dimensional immortal would be dead, their souls shattered and even their memories, corrupted.
From the two eyes of darkness above that were so massive, it was almost impossible to wrap the mind around something of that scale, and only a Primordial Entity should have the weight to unleash something of such depths, a single spark fell.
For such a tiny spark, its presence should have been lost, but miraculously it was not, and it drew the gaze of all here. They all watched this single spark that was so feeble and yet seemed to possess a nature that no one here could deny.
Nobility, pride, power, reverence, these were all the things that could be felt simply by glimpsing this tiny falling spark that crossed the gulfs between the endless dimensions above, falling towards the green ocean and when it was barely a mile above it, the spark exploded, the sound was almost similar to the strike of a matchstick against a match, and a storm that could blow away universes as if they were dust erupted from the spark.
On the shore of the green ocean, except for Seed, Elura, and the Eldarah, everyone else was blown away by the incredible burst of wind that arose from that storm and darkness with lightning bolts so powerful they could be seen from all corners of existence erupted above the ocean, the greatest storm ever to ravage the Supreme Era was unexpectedly born over the Memory of Primordial Life.
“Seeeeedddd!” An Old One screamed through the impossible wind, no longer attempting to enter the thoughts of this mad being, “Explain this travesty, else you will force all of us to bear arms against you.”
Seed calmly pointed out, “You should see to your domain first, this storm is spreading, and if you don’t blame me all your weak offspring perish within it.”
