Villain Ch 1653. Lunch Date [Part 3]

The food arrived soon after.

Polished silver trays, steam rising in elegant curls, perfectly plated dishes that smelled like they belonged to some five-star culinary temple. The server laid them out before disappearing once again, leaving the three of them in private.

And for a little while, things… relaxed.

They ate.

The conversation softened into something lighter — work stories, random updates about game events, quick jokes. Mila even found herself laughing a few times, her earlier nerves easing just enough for her to actually enjoy the food.

Vivian joked about one of her old modeling shoots being turned into a meme.

Allen only smirked, sipping his tea.

Mila listened, occasionally chiming in, but mostly — she just watched him.

The way he carried himself. The way he listened carefully even when teasing. The little glint in his eyes every time Vivian leaned in a bit too close, or when Mila got flustered.

He watched them. Always. But never made them feel uncomfortable. Only… aware.

Too aware.

By the time they finished, the plates were cleared, the tea pot was nearly empty, and the warm weight of satisfaction sat in all of their stomachs.

Allen wiped his lips with the cloth napkin, placed it neatly on the plate, and finally reached for his phone.

Vivian tilted her head curiously. “What now?”

Allen unlocked it, calm as ever. “Well. I might as well ask it now.”

Mila blinked. “Ask what?”

Allen smiled faintly but didn’t answer right away. Instead, his thumbs typed effortlessly.

Allen:

Just a little idea.

How about a holiday sometime soon?

Mountain villa. Full privacy. Just us.

He set the phone down gently on the table, the message now floating somewhere in cyberspace, waiting for its destination.

He knew it might take a while before any reply came. For now, there was a brief window of calm — a thin, fragile silence hanging in the air. Allen leaned back slightly, savoring the momentary stillness, the kind of pause that felt like the eye of a coming storm. But the quiet never held for long.

The phone immediately pinged. Once. Twice. Three times. Then it was like a waterfall.

Ping. Ping-ping-ping-ping-ping—

Mila blinked as the notification sounds kept rolling, nonstop.

Vivian let out a soft, breathy laugh, eyes widening slightly. “I… don’t think they need much time to decide.”

The screen lit up like fireworks.

Vivian glanced over, reading the chaos happening in real-time.

Jane: OKAY! I’m in! When?! @Allen

Shea: Where? What mountain villa? I need the details @Allen

Zoe: Yes! I’m free whenever you want. Including now!

Alice: VACATION! Yeah! Wait… are we going to get naughty?

Bella: Of course. There’s no way he’ll keep us hanging like that. Right @Allen? Right???

Larissa: I’m in. @Bella Of course he won’t let us like that. After last night, I really need him! I even dreamed about him last night!

Ping. Ping. It kept coming.

Vivian: Yes. I want.

Vivian didn’t even hesitate now. She typed it while still holding his gaze, her cheeks flushed but her eyes shimmering in open, unfiltered desire.

Her free hand slipped over the table to gently catch Allen’s. “I want this.”

Allen tilted his head, studying her like she was giving him a gift wrapped in ribbons.

“I haven’t decided the date yet,” he said with a small smile, fingers brushing hers lightly. “I just asked if you all agreed or not.”

Vivian’s voice was soft, but her words were firm. “Yes. Whenever you want. I agree.”

Allen gave her hand a small squeeze. “Okay then. Let’s see how the rest vote.”

More pings came in. The chat was still exploding.

Zoe: Omg are we seriously doing this?? YES!!

Alice: Allen~ You better take responsibility for whatever happens there.

Bella: I’ve already packed in my head. Just say when.

Larissa: Make sure you rest before we get there, darling. I don’t plan to let you sleep much 😉

Shea: Seriously, Allen, send full address & full itinerary soon, please. I need to know what I’m packing for. Lingerie? Hiking boots? Both?

Mila blinked, watching the chaos unfold. She couldn’t help but laugh nervously. “Wow… they’re… really enthusiastic.”

Vivian gave Mila a knowing glance but said nothing. Her hand still rested lightly on Allen’s.

Allen, meanwhile, simply exhaled softly — but the faint grin on his face showed how amused and slightly overwhelmed he was by the absolute flood of their eagerness.

“They don’t waste time,” Allen murmured under his breath.

He finally texted them back, his tone still calm, even if his chat was blowing up like fireworks.

Allen: Okay, so you all agree. We’ll finalize the date tonight — in-game.

The pings slowed for a second, then one final wave came in:

Zoe: DEAL.

Bella: Can’t wait!

Shea: Tonight then!!

Larissa: Prepare yourself, my love.

Jane: I’ll bring drinks!!

Alice: You better wear something I can ruin <3

Vivian’s blush deepened slightly as she read that last one, but she squeezed Allen’s hand tighter, as if claiming her own spot at the table.

Mila… she was still smiling, but there was a faint confusion under it. She wasn’t in that group chat. She didn’t fully know what they were all referencing—but something inside her could feel the way the current pulled.

Allen finally locked his phone, placing it back down as if the storm of notifications hadn’t just happened.

He looked between both girls again — cool, composed, satisfied.

His gaze lingered on Mila for a moment, softer, reading the subtle hint of confusion that hid behind her smile.

But for now, he left it untouched.

She wasn’t ready yet for that part of his world.

And he wasn’t going to force it.

Not yet.

Instead, he leaned back, letting the heavy air sit around them again, perfectly in control.

“Shall we go then?” he asked softly.

Vivian nodded, eyes glowing. Mila quickly echoed her.

“Y-Yeah,” Mila said, heart thumping. “Let’s.”

And with that, Allen stood from his chair like nothing was unusual.

While both girls followed him out—

Their hearts still pounding, their thoughts tangled.

Whatever came next at that mountain villa…

It wouldn’t be anything like a simple holiday.
