After two days passed, the inauguration of Ellena's cake shop arrived. On the shop page, several congratulatory bouquets were sent by some of Lucas' business associates. No! Not a few, but many. Don't ask how many there are, what is certain is that the bouquets are neatly lined up to fill the left and right sides of the fairly large shop page.

Who doesn't know and doesn't want to be close to a Lucas. His every move is constantly monitored by the media. It is certain that the inauguration of his wife's shop today did not escape the pursuit of the media crew. This is certainly one of the reasons why so many of Lucas' acquaintances and business associates flocked to send congratulatory messages to his wife.

The cake shop that was just about to open was like being transformed into a flower shop. Maybe many people will mistakenly think that the shop is a flower shop. A fragrant aroma immediately wafted in that place.

Not only bouquets of flowers that Ellena received, in fact not a few also sent bouquets of live flowers with various good meanings. Ah, it looks like after the ribbon cutting event, the woman must mobilize her employees to arrange the flowers first.

Actually, Ellena doesn't really like crowds. For her all this is too much just for the inauguration of a cake shop. However, she couldn't avoid or deny all of this, considering who her current husband was.

Ellena sighed as she looked at the neatly arranged pile of live flowers, then took a bouquet and kissed it.

"It seems that if these flowers are sold, the results will be quite good." Ellena chuckled amused at her own silly thoughts.

Ellena then put the flower back in its original place. She seemed to be looking around in several directions, whether she should be happy or not with all of this. So many people cared about her, but it only happened because she was the wife of a famous businessman. She realized that without Lucas, there was no way she would have had such an amazing day.

It was too naive for her to face what was happening right now. In fact, she does not have any share for a cake shop that she will manage. All of that because Lucas and he felt sure that the bouquet of flowers she received was actually not for her, but for Lucas who was clearly the owner of the cake shop.

"You see? So many people congratulated you," whispered Lucas who seemed to be standing beside his wife.

"Thank you, Lucas. It's all because of you." Ellena replied before the ribbon-cutting event started.

The sound of applause immediately broke in the air, after Ellena managed to cut the ribbon as a symbol of the inauguration of the cake shop. Smiles appeared on the faces of several invited guests who attended the event. Ellena and Lucas were no exception, the happiest first among them.

Ellena never stops expressing gratitude and thanks to the invited guests, especially to Lucas who managed to make her dream come true even without being asked.

Since childhood she often helps her mother sell cakes around, in order to meet their daily needs. That's the reason why she's so good at making cakes. From there she began to hope to have a cake shop so that she could develop her talents even more deeply.

It seemed like only yesterday that she had said that wish, but now her dream was in sight. She really couldn't believe it, if she would achieve her dream so soon.

"Congratulations, Dear ... I'm sure you will be successful with this new venture."Lucas said as he stared intently at his wife's face.

"Thanks for all this, Lucas. I don't know what to say or how to repay all of your kindness." Ellena replied with eyes sparkling with emotion.

Who would have thought that Ellena's life would change so quickly after marrying Lucas, the person was bound by a pact with her. Ah, whether the agreement is still valid or not, it's clear that Ellena doesn't really expect to be together forever with someone who is clearly a different caste. It was too selfish of her to expect more from Lucas Ryszard Fidell.

"Don't talk like that. Aren't we husband and wife?" Lucas replied while kissing his wife's forehead, suddenly making the guests present cheered to witness their intimacy.

After the ribbon-cutting event was over, Ellena and Lucas invited the guests present to enter the shop. Tasting various cakes that are deliberately served to serve the invited guests.

The media crew had also gathered at the location since the first event was about to begin. In fact, they have been covering the series of inauguration events. Now they were ready to interview Lucas and his wife. Because after the marriage, Lucas never appeared with his wife in the mass media. Looks like today is a good opportunity for the media crew.

"Mr. Lucas, what made you decide to open a cake shop and have your wife run it?" asked one of the reporters standing in the front, right opposite Lucas and Ellena.

"I opened this cake shop specifically for my wife, who is really passionate about this field. This is a form of my support for her who is very good at making cakes. I think there is nothing wrong if my wife starts our new business. I am sure she will succeed run this business." Lucas explained at length.

"Was this all planned long ago?" asked one of the other reporters.

"Oh no!" Lucas denied because it had only been a few days since he had planned it all. "We never planned this before. It was my idea and Ellena agreed. So, a few days ago, I immediately realized this cake shop." He added later.

"Do you and your wife have any plans to open a cake shop elsewhere?"

"I will see the progress of the shop first. If it develops well, it is possible that we will open new branches in several other cities. But I still leave it completely to my wife. If she is willing, I will definitely support her. I have left this cake shop completely to my wife. So she has the right to determine what the future will be like." Lucas answered, which suddenly made Ellena even more sparkling hearing it.

Lucas turned to the side, then wrapped his arms around Ellena's waist with a wide smile. "Because she is very special, so I am willing to do anything for her happiness." Lucas said with sincerity.

"Thank you, Lucas." Ellena whispered as she stared intently at the man standing next to her.

"Miss Ellena, how do you feel about what Mr Lucas did?" The reporter who had been actively asking Lucas had now turned to Ellena.

Ellena gasped, then focused her gaze ahead. Of course she was very nervous. This is the first time facing the press. Like a top artist, that's how she is now being hunted by the media crew.

"Hm ... clearly I am very grateful to ...." Ellena paused for a moment, afraid that she would say something wrong. "To my husband. Because of his efforts and support, my dream has come true." She added with a slightly nervous tone and facial expression.

"What are your plans for the future?" asked the reporter again with great enthusiasm.

"There are no future plans yet. I'm just going to try to stay in this business and hope it succeeds. Next, maybe it will be considered after seeing the development of our new business, as my husband said." Ellena seemed to smile with her eyes that swept the entire media crew from left to right.

The interview went well. How people who see the coverage will feel very jealous of the togetherness, intimacy, and cohesiveness of the husband and wife. Even now someone is watching their activities secretly and of course they are not aware of it.

Right in a car parked in front of the shop across the street, a handsome man was watching them from a distance. Instantly his hands clenched tightly, seeing the intimacy shown by Lucas and Ellena. His jaw clenched, showing the veins of anger in his neck. For a moment, a hard impact flew over the red steering wheel where he was hiding.

Meanwhile, Ellena and Lucas went straight into the shop, after the interviews with the media crew were over. Various compliments were also given by the invited guests, after they tasted the cakes made by Ellena which had extraordinary delicacy.

"Miss, your cakes are delicious. This shop will definitely become a customer for my wife. I will definitely tell my wife who is also a cake lover," said Hendrick, one of Lucas' business partners.

"Thank you, Sir. I'm very happy that you like my cakes. Invite your wife to come here sometime," replied Ellena with a big smile.

"Sure, Miss. My wife will absolutely love your delicious cakes," replied Hendrick.

"Ah, Master is praising me too much," replied Ellena a little awkwardly.

"Miss Ellena is very humble." Hendrick whispered again in praise.

"Okay Mr. Hendrick, please continue to taste the cake, we will meet other guests. Enjoy." Lucas said, chiming in on their conversation.

"Please, Mr. Lucas."

Lucas and Ellena seemed to be walking towards the other invited guests. They took the time to greet the guests one by one, in order to maintain good relations.

Until the end of the event. The inauguration ceremony was completed. For the umpteenth time, Ellena received praise and congratulations from the invited guests who wanted to say goodbye. Even Ellena seemed overwhelmed to return their outstretched hands one by one.

"Lucas, thank you. Because of you this event can run smoothly. I didn't even think that the event would be this lively," said Ellena who was now sitting opposite Lucas, on the chairs provided for shop visitors.

"Don't go overboard like that, I'm just doing what I can." Lucas replied flatly.

"But to me it's been pretty awesome, Lucas." Ellena looked seriously at Lucas' face with a big smile. "Oh yeah, would you like to taste my cake?" She asked then.

"Certain." Lucas responded with a happy smile.

"Wait a minute, I'll get the cake for you!
