"Did you bring supplies?" Adley leaned forward, staring at a lunchbox on Lucas' desk.

Adley was very surprised when he found the object. Since when did Lucas bring lunch to the office? Hasn't he always disliked bringing breakfast or lunch menus from home? So he thought.

Adley reached out his hand as he was about to reach for the lunchbox, just to be sure. However, he didn't succeed because Lucas had first grabbed, then shifted the black thing. Now the lunch box has moved and is getting closer to Lucas.

"This is mine, don't you ever touch it!" Lucas sneered and looked at his best friend disapprovingly. Meanwhile, his hand was still holding the lunchbox.

Not angry or disappointed, Adley just stared at Lucas in disbelief. What was so special about the lunchbox, that he couldn't touch it at all?

"Did Ellena give you that lunchbox?" asked Adley, putting on a suspicious expression.

"None of your business!"

Adley was even more surprised by Lucas' answer. His eyes was still observing the lunchbox. He was clearly very curious. Not wanting his curiosity to be carried away by a dream, he finally decided to take the lunchbox without Lucas' approval. Quickly, he raised his body, then grabbed the object from Lucas' hand.

"You?" Lucas jumped up while throwing his protest at Adley. His eyes were so sharp as if he didn't want the lunch box to be in his best friend's hands.

"Give me back the lunchbox! It's mine!" Lucas asked in a high pitched voice as he rose from his seat.

Adley didn't want to care at all. He landed his body back on the chair, then immediately opened the lunch box.

"Wow, fried rice!" he exclaimed while widening his eyes, when he saw the contents of the lunchbox which he thought was very appetizing. "This looks delicious. Can I taste some of it?" Adley looked up, staring at Lucas who was still standing, sneering at himself.

"No!" Lucas balked at Adley's request. For some reason he was so unwilling to let his best friend devour the breakfast menu that Ellena gave him.

"Just a little bit, I haven't had breakfast this morning. You're so stingy with your best friend, Lucas!" Adley seemed to reach for the spoon that was already in the lunchbox, indicating that he was ready to taste Ellena's cooking.

"You can eat all you want in the cafeteria or order from the restaurant in front, but don't eat that food!" Lucas raised his voice even more, which made Adley look up at him again and had to postpone his intention to eat the fried rice.

"So what? I don't think Ellena added any poison to this dish. So let me just taste a little." Adley didn't care about Lucas' refusal. He still ate the fried rice voraciously, which made Lucas instantly furious to see it.

"Adley, you...." Lucas paused when a spoonful of fried rice made its way into his best friend's mouth.

"Emm ... yummy. It turns out that your wife's cooking is very delicious. Why don't you eat it? You will be very sorry, for allowing this delicious food," Adley said while chewing the food slowly.

Adley seemed to want to make Lucas tempted by the deliciousness of the fried rice in his mouth. This was proven by him who seemed to show an expression that really enjoyed the food.

Lucas still had no intention of landing his body back on the chair. He looked at the waist with the same gaze and fixed on Adley. Instantly one hand rubbed his face with a slightly rough, when he saw Adley who had repeatedly devoured a spoonful of fried rice.

He wanted so badly to stop Adley that very second. However, he couldn't possibly do that, because it would only be useless. Adley couldn't possibly hear it.

"You really have no manners, eating someone's food without his permission!" Lucas cursed as he pursed his lips. Apparently, this time he really had been angered by his own best friend.

Lucas started to sink into the chair. However, his cold gaze was still fixed in the same direction, watching every single spoonful of fried rice that went into his best friend's mouth until there was nothing left. Finally, Adley ended the activity.

It was as if Lucas wanted to throw the head in front of him with something hard, when he heard a burp that escaped Adley's throat and seemed to be on purpose.

Adley seemed to look around to the right and left, then his gaze stopped at one point. Without thinking, he immediately grabbed a glass of water that was in front of Lucas, it was certain who the owner of the glass of drinking water was.

It suddenly made Lucas wide-eyed and a little confused, seeing Adley's annoying movements.

"You? It's mine!" Lucas protested later. Unfortunately, however, Adley had already gulped down the drinking water, which made him bow his head down sluggishly.

"Ahh ... your breakfast was delicious," Adley sighed as he put the glass back in front of him, then he seemed to stroke the stomach that was already filled with Lucas' fried rice.

"You dared to steal my breakfast this morning, I will not forgive you." Lucas sneered again, but Adley knew that his best friend wasn't talking seriously.

Adley held back a smile, before he finally responded to Lucas. "You should be thanking me, because I saved you," he said, which Lucas didn't understand right away.

"What do you mean?" Lucas looked at Adley's face in surprise.

"What if Ellena finds out you don't eat her food? She'll be very disappointed. Yes, I think so. She will be disappointed." Adley nodded his head slowly, as if confirming his own words.

'Who wouldn't eat that food? I was going to eat it, but you stole it from me first!' Lucas thought in response.

"I think you will feel at home, because you have a wife who is good at cooking like Ellena," said Adley to which Lucas only responded with a chuckle.

Instantly Lucas looked away in any direction. This time Adley really sucks. In fact, he was confused and seemed at his wits end to serve his best friend.

"Tomorrow, if Ellena prepares another breakfast or lunch for you, you ask her to make another one for me." Adley's request this time succeeded in making Lucas glared angrily.

"Who is he?" Lucas widened his eyes perfectly. "She's my wife, not yours!" he insisted which suddenly made Adley chuckle later.

"What? She's your wife? Okay, I know that. She's your wife." Adley was still trying to hold back a smile. It was as if he deliberately wanted to tease Lucas by making it clear who Ellena really was. It seemed, Lucas had given the wrong answer.

"I mean, for the next six months. So you don't deserve anything from her.." Lucas' expression suddenly turned nervous, as if he was embarrassed by Adley who kept trying to tease him.
