Omega Summoner

Chapter 2473 - 2473: That is the Primordial Beast

The monster horde that numbered in millions was easily cleaned up by the four Arch Demons. The players and even the NPCs basically enjoyed the shower of experience points without doing anything. Still, the erasure of the monster hordes also came at a cost as the four Arch Demons are now incredibly low on mana. They still have their sealed mana due to the spell that connects the areas together, but they did not think it was a waste as they saved on precious manpower.

“As expected of the demons, they are incredibly powerful.” One of the generals commented which the others could only agree on as it is true.

“This is where both our groups would need to split up as it is now time to handle the Primordial Beast of Sloth and Primordial Beast of Envy.” Adrian stated.

“That is fine. We shall let the Greater Demons handle the portals so that we will have an escape route just in case. We can now move forward as the monsters should have been mostly cleared. Our enemy is none other than that large thing up ahead.” Elder Ascalor stated as he pointed to a large mountain which made the others thought that he was mistaken.

“Uhmm… Elder Ascalor… that is a mountain not the Primordial Beast of Envy.” Anastacia stated as the others were afraid to point it out as they did not want to suddenly end up in another dimension if they displease an Arch Demon.

“He is correct. Let us show you then. Do you want us to combine the spells?” Elder Bronx stated as his childish side finally let out as he already blew off steam.

“Uhmm… Equinox. A little help on our end. They are saying that the Primordial Beast of Envy is the mountain up ahead.” Anastacia asked Equinox via the player chat.

“That is the Primordial Beast of Envy. We also have the same case as the large hill we see on our side is actually the Primordial Beast of Sloth.” Adrian replied.

Adrian looked at the large hill that is about five kilometers away from their current location. It looked like a hill as the top part was rounded out and not pointy like the one on Anastacia’s side. Adrian also told them that their enemy is none other than the hill they are seeing but no one actually believed him as well.

“Those are not a mountain and a hill. Those are the Primordial Beast of Sloth and the Primordial Beast of Envy hiding in plain sight. There was never a registered hill and mountain on these territories in the first place. They were hiding while making use of their large bodies which is why it took us quite some time to see their real location. The Watchers had to visit days of footage just to be sure that those are the primordial beasts.” Adrian stated but there were still some people that are a bit skeptical.

“Grand Mage Units will be up next for this. Use the Mythical Tier Spell Grand Meteor Shower.” Adrian stated as he already spoke to the grand mages before hand as they have been asked to start the battle with a bang.

“Finally! I can test my strength!” The Grand Mages shouted in joy as they can finally see how powerful they have become when they entered the Magic Emperor state.

The Grand Mages did not number to much, but they are twenty in number. Although small in number, one grand mage is equivalent to a hundred mages. The mastery of spell craft that grand mages wield is not something that an ordinary mage could ever dream to do in under ten years. One needs to be decades long in magic practice and spell craft in order to gain the title of Grand Mage.

“Peridot, a bit of support for their spells if you can please.” Adrian stated to which Peridot nodded as she destroyed a clear magic crystal.

[Peridot has used the support spell Grand Magic Penetration.]

[All magical attacks and spells that will be used next will have 80% Magic Defense penetration.]

Peridot was well prepared for this one, but she is not the only one that buffed the mages. Without Adrian’s prompt, the players used their buffs on the Grand Mages to enhance their spells. Some increased the critical strike chance and others the magic damage became amplified. The numerous buffs that the grand mages received is so powerful that they laughed out loud as they knew that this was the most powerful spell they can release.

“Still no reaction from them?” Adrian muttered as he looked at both the mountain and the hill they are targeting.

The Primordial Beast of Sloth and the Primordial Beast of Envy were not showing themselves even though their real positions have already been compromised. Adrian did not mind it though as he knew that these spells would hurt them a lot. The primordial beasts might think that certain spells made by people weaker than them will not do them harm. It seems they might have absolute confidence in their real bodies.

“If they are confident then I guess the grand mages also needs a boost from my side.” Adrian muttered as he enchanted all of the grand mages with all of the nether energy he has collected.

The Grand Mages floated in the air and casted their spells in unison as all of them finished at the same time. Ten large magic circles appeared on top of the hill and another ten on top of the mountain. The magic circles were not ordinary as well because Adrian enchanted them with his own nether energy.

The others watched as they thought the grand mages were wasting their mana on destroying a mountain and a hill, but they are surprised when those two suddenly shook. The mountain and hill shook but they were too late as the rain of large meteors that are enchanted with nether energy has already started.
